Everything is polite, BUT!!!!The person who sold tickets to another country convinced that there was no need to do a PCR test when leaving the Republic of Belarus.That is, she has the information.Therefore, by chance, taking our word for it, calmly upon arrival at the airport in the early morning, we were denied departure.I had to miss a flight, the cost of another flight to another country, more costs, plus the cost of an express test at the airport..... That is, the employee is not competent in his business.Conclusion: no one cares what problems a person will have, the main thing is to sell a ticket and get your commission.I do not recommend this agency.
