We rented an apartment, there is everything you need, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stove, dishes, a vacuum cleaner. The mattress is comfortable. Very clean bed linen, towels.
Towels were changed. 2 small balconies. There is a swimming pool. The staff is friendly. The beach is 5 minutes away. There are many cafes and shops nearby.
One of the disadvantages is there is no elevator.

1 and 2 bed rooms have a simple bedroom and toilet. 3-bed rooms with a full kitchen, like in an apartment, you can cook your own food. There is a small swimming pool with a relaxation area. Cleaning is done every 2 days, but they may ask at a meeting if they need it now. No money was taken for an additional set of bed linen for the sofa. The sea is 500 meters away. There are restaurants and shops along the way.

Disgusting hotel and staff.
We paid for 3 nights (1 bedroom apartment).
As a result, the socket was torn out in the room, the toilet was wobbling, water was leaking from the shower, the faucet was leaking in the kitchen and poured everything under the sink.
There was no reaction to requests to fix at least a leaking faucet.
We moved out for 2 days. The money for the unused day was not returned to us (about 8000rubles).
The administrator or manager is very rude and uncompromising.
Do not stay at this hotel. There are many better and even cheaper facilities.

We bought the room as a standard one, but it turned out that it was located in the basement. This is a nightmare! The room itself is not bad, but the stuffiness is terrible. I will never come back here again.

Great hotel! 2 adults, a large comfortable mattress, clean everywhere,new room everywhere tiles, kettle and tea, tel.There are new Russian channels,split system (we were in February) it's warm! And in the summer it will be great there, the pool is small, lemons are growing, the people at the reception are nice!! Next to the pizzeria Papa Johns, there is another restaurant on the corner and another block to the sea and a park with playgrounds! Excellent location and price!Without breakfast and we had a basement without a window, but we went up to 3 in a 2-room apartment with a window and a balcony, the same thing is very cool kitchen with all the accessories with a dishwasher, and a large sofa and a double bed! I really liked it!
