I believe that this company is deliberately misleading customers. Never mess with them in conjunction with Boxberry. They indicate the wrong points of parcel delivery, but in fact you have to go for parcels three miles away. This is such a scheme, apparently, that people would think that it is very convenient that every house has pick-up points, but no, there are only 3 of them in the city and they are very very far away.

I never could have thought that my parcel would be lost out of the blue, and even with a reaction like "well, sorry, it happens, call someone there." No, I'm not sorry, I'll sue both companies.

Terrible service. Ignore support.
The parcel was supposed to be delivered to the pick-up point nearest to the house. They send an SMS that you need to go to the airport to pick up the parcel. I change the pick-up point to another one, the parcel is sent to a third one, support is not responding. Disregard for the client.

In principle, everything is fine, the only thing in CarCity is receiving on time, but nowhere except on the door of the pick-up point, this is not indicated.
