Experienced coaches, effective physical activity, flexibility development, new acquaintances and communication. A great opportunity to change the body, increase self-esteem. I go to this studio and I'm just thrilled)) Initially, I chose the school based on its location, it is located near the metro.
I really doubted if I would be able to do pole dancing, because in life I am a non-plastic seal with the grace of a potato)) But under the strict guidance of the coach, to my surprise, it turned out that I could Dance!!!

I've been going to Alexis for a month now, and I can't get enough of it! I took the first subscription for the autumn promotion, for half a dance. Coach Julia is just great! The workouts are long, very interesting and effective, 5 kg has gone in a month (Julia also reminded that it is impossible to achieve a good figure without pp), the body has tightened up, it has become much stronger. There are many promotions and directions in the studio for every taste))

For me, the determining factors when choosing a dance school were the location next to the subway (since winter is coming soon, and somehow I don't want to go out in the cold). There is also the opportunity to practice 3-4 times a week to make it cheaper! I found all this at the Alexis dance school. We are very lucky that there is a "1+1" promotion for a second subscription for half the price! I'm happy, I'm happy to rush to class after work.
