I want to share my practice of interacting with this bank, which was positive, until the moment when I planned a deal to buy an apartment, I called the managers in advance, they assured me by transferring 1 million to a third-party bank, everything would work out for me, the first million left, the second was blocked by the security service, the managers gave different information, then after 5 minutes, then after 15 minutes it is necessary to make payments, at the end I was blocked by the SBP. Suffered heavy losses and the deal fell through. The next day, a deal was planned in another city, which also fell through, due to the fact that I relied on the information of the employees of this bank. With a written request, about the problem and some kind of refund in the form of bonuses or loyalty, of course there was nothing! Be careful, do not rely on the competence of employees, as in my case. I am very disappointed. The calls to the managers were on the premium line!!!!!

I am not customer-oriented at all!
1. Problems with working inside the banking system, in which there is no automatic change of the phone number linked to the bank card and the SBP system when making appropriate changes through the mobile application or web cabinet!
2. The work of the hotline is not just lame, but it "just tore off its legs." When trying to call the 800-100-77-33 hotline with a simple question - what time is the cashier at the Belgorod branch of the bank, Popova 12, it is not possible to get an answer. First, the robot answers, and it's very stupid, apparently the programmers who wrote it were not paid much for their work, then after the 3rd or 4th attempt to invite a person, you will still be transferred to the operator, but this will not solve the problem, because the operator will simply ask you how you want to contact the bank, as an individual. a person or a legal entity will then send you back to the robot, which will not just invite the operator again after 3-5 attempts, but will reset the call. In addition, this is due to repeated requests, and the first time we contacted them, we managed to find out the opening hours of the department.
3. Apparently, there are also some internal rules in the branch itself, under which customers are dissuaded from taking a ticket to the service queue, referring to the fact that they will close now, although there are at least 30 minutes before closing. (03/07/2025).
You should not open an account in alfabank! You may have difficulties, like me.
