Let's start with the fact that to apply for a card, I need an application on my smartphone, if I do not use Internet banking, I still need to download it.
One of the few banks where you cannot immediately pay for a card and use it, but you need to fulfill the "free conditions" on a monthly basis. And if I do not fulfill them, then every month you need to pay a certain amount, depending on your package.
When I quit and decided to go close the account and block the card, there was a little less than 500 rubles on it, respectively, the ATM cannot withdraw such an amount entirely. A consultant blocked my card (as they said incorrectly in another branch) and offered to withdraw money on the spot at the cash desk. After standing in line at the cash desk, it turns out that there are only 40 rubles in the bank's cash desk (in the bank!!!). The consultant told me that she had blocked the card, but I can go to the nearest branch and withdraw the balance through the cashier. I looked at the address of the nearest bank and started dialing numbers to clarify if they had 500 rubles in the balance. And what is my surprise that when dialing the bank number, the robot tells me that the card is blocked and kindly enter the last digits of the card. Not only did I enter the numbers correctly every time, but in the end, in order to just go through this stage, I had to spend more than 6 attempts to enter each time I call the numbers over and over again. Then, when the numbers did work, they begin to offer me to dial a number for the service I need. Everything would be fine, but I enter the number and it still does not activate as before with the last digits of the card (and it's not me who is crooked, because everything always worked before). As a result, in order to save time, I just click any number from the suggested ones so that they connect at least with someone and then redirect. As it turned out, the bank does not have a direct phone number to just call and clarify the necessary information.
Arriving at another branch, they told me why you didn't have your card blocked in that branch. I said word for word like that consultant to me, "you withdraw the money and you will be blocked there at the place." This consultant tells me that they blocked it incorrectly and went to clarify what to do.
As a result, the traveling procedure took more than 2 hours, but the time is nothing compared to my nerves.
As a result, the money was still withdrawn and the card was put on lockdown, which should happen within about a month.
How glad I was when the card was broken in front of me, I was happy that there was one less unclean trinket in this world.
I promised myself that under no circumstances would I use the products of this bank anymore and from that very day I advise everyone not to deal with it!
