On 01/02/2025, Alfa Bank's risicler was turned off and it was impossible to top up the card in cash anywhere. There was no information about the malfunction either!

The best bank in the country!!! The service is excellent The INSINC application is intuitive and easy to customize. Cards can be ordered by mail.
