Terrible service, I can't put money on the card for 2 weeks, they explain that the ATM is full, I understand if this was a one-time promotion, but I've been going to ATMs around the city for two weeks and money is not accepted anywhere, the staff can't adequately explain what kind of nonsense is going on.

A funny situation, they refused to accept a hundred-dollar bill, they saw scuffs under ultraviolet light (the bill was purchased earlier in the same department). When I asked where she could be accepted, I was asked to go to banks and ask around... The service is simply at the "highest level"...
