After that, a call came from a bank employee who began to wonder about the reason for withdrawing money. As if it wasn't the bank that couldn't do its job, but I was begging. After that, an investment was offered. And there is one answer to all questions about the situation: no one knows what will happen in a month. Agree, this is not what you would like to hear about your money. But it is also impossible to close a foreign currency account, because when closing, all the savings available there will be issued in rubles, and not in the currency of the account (according to a bank employee). It is a pity for ordinary employees who have to memorize and repeat to clients the nonsense that the management descends. But if suddenly one of them does not understand, I will write. Nobody would need dollars if the ruble did not depreciate in the blink of an eye. And this is important for people, because they have to save for basic things for years. Save by saving what they give out in return for most of their lives left at work. No one would have run to withdraw these very dollars at the first sign of instability if, from time to time, banks had not begun to unilaterally impose restrictions on the use of money other than their own, which they themselves use without any restrictions, and they also charge for it.

The department is small, we need to rearrange it. There is no place for the manager to sit down properly, there are some tables near the window, but there was no one there and it is unclear why they are there. Clear control over the electronic scoreboard and the real course of affairs. The staff is young, but not creative or attentive, they just act like automatons.

Further, the exchange rate generally changes and I am redirected back to the bank's specialist at the same time, saying verbally I redirected you, but I probably forgot to do it on the computer. I'm standing in line. They don't call me, it turns out they didn't redirect me. They offer to take a ticket. What are you people doing there? I've been standing with a child in a crowd of people in the midst of the coronavirus for an hour. There is a great lack of consistency. Currency exchange is a piece of cake.
