A small compartment, two windows, two operators, but the service is fast and competent. They will tell you everything, teach you, explain. I liked it, you feel comfortable, there is water in the cooler, places to relax. In general, it's not bad for such a small room.

A bank that imposes services that are optional and generally unnecessary, presenting them as mandatory. Some maintenance issues may also be omitted. For advice, contact the alfa-bank call center, they will definitely tell you more. And if there are inconsistencies on the way of processing any services, call the call center again, sitting with a bank employee, maybe you can do something about them at least this way
