Natural game, a bank full of people, one cash register works, it's a waste of time to come here, since it takes at least 2 hours to change money, a branch in which there is always a queue in no other way, at least I've always been packed with how many times, so not once have I changed money or payments here I paid, people take a ticket in the hope that the queue will move, but then they see how one person is served for 20-30 minutes and stupidly leave!!!!!

Excellent bank branch! The operator Maria (I hope I remembered the name correctly) and apparently the shift administrator on 29/02/2024 is beyond praise! I explained everything as clearly as possible, issued a "package of solutions". Politely, professionally, quickly. Thank you very much!

Poor organization, ATM collection, the point of using a card if there are always queues at the cash desk, and the ATM does not work for 3 days.
