The room is small, there are a lot of people. You feel like a sardine in a jar.
There are only two people in the service of individuals. And there's only one cash register. If you are in a hurry, then it is pointless to come here, the waiting time will be at least 30 minutes. And you'll be standing in line. The staff are polite and helpful and I work quickly, but with such a stream of people they are constantly busy.

The review concerns not just the branch, but Alfa Bank as a whole! Constantly hanging alpha revenue machines , constantly not working ATMs on weekends ! The last horror was for the holidays in November , on Saturday evening, ATMs for replenishment do not work either at nemiga , at the castle shopping center , or at the Riviera branch ! It seems to be a modern bank , but they cannot update or set up ATMs .

Initially, I did not like Alfa-Bank.
But manager Daria changed my attitude.
