I cannot name the effectiveness of this bank as a special type of fraud. It was urgently necessary to withdraw currency, the ATM issued bills with defects, all exchangers refused to exchange these bills. Even Alfa Bank itself. Disrespect to the client and the impression was that alfa Bank treats its client disrespectfully, to put it mildly! Avoid this bank!
