I have been in this clinic for 10 years. The first pet was a British woman. Which got there after the flight from the window. It was all done with a couple of stitches and ivs. 5 years later, stomach problems began and we were suspected of onco, Alexandra Mikhailovna Bolmatova took us, and it turned out that we had a puncture, which was successfully operated on, although they gave a small percentage of success. That was in 2020. Then, at the beginning of 2024, we found questions about the heart and Davydenko Svetlana Alexandrovna led us. The assistants are great and so are the doctors. If there were any doubts, I was referred for consultations with other narrow specialists, because we began to have hylotorox. The treatment was excellent, we did everything we could, and even the internists, who are not ultrasound specialists, gave us punctures on an emergency basis under my responsibility. My cat has lived a long enough life thanks to the doctors of this clinic. Now I have another problem that needs treatment, and this treatment is as professional as possible, which makes me happy as a person with human medical education.

It's nice to write good reviews about the work of veterinary clinic specialists. But, unfortunately, it doesn't always work out that way.
Do you want to spend money but not get results? Do you want to pay for a detailed description of a particular organ in your pet, in theory, for whining that the dog refuses to lie still on the X-ray and that other visitors are already waiting in line? Would you like to? Then. ALFA-VET veterinary clinic is suitable for you.
On October 25, we were booked for an X-ray of the dog's right ear at this veterinary clinic on Akademicheskaya 26. I will immediately make a reservation that we did X-rays for the dog for the first time and did not know how to prepare for this procedure. When making an appointment on the phone, we were told to take only our passport with us. Good. There were no clarifications, for example, what kind of dog it was, whether it should be X-rayed with or without sedation.
We arrive at the clinic at the specified time, go to the office of the veterinary radiologist Andrey Mikhailovich Borodko and find out that we have half an hour for all manipulations. Well good. 30 minutes is, in general, not a little. For ten minutes we listen to the theory of how best to take a picture so that the ear canal is better visible. In order to get the full result, you need to take pictures in three projections. From the third time, we took a picture in one projection. That is, we did not get two pictures (but, of course, we paid money for them). And then the doctor says: "Do you know that the most accurate picture for such a breed (we have a Pomeranian) is when the dog is on its back with its mouth open. But we can't do it without sedation." And he ran away to take a third picture in the same position, knowing that nothing would work. What for? Torture a dog or earn money? When asked why we were not warned immediately, he said that he was telling everyone about it. I repeat that there were no questions or recommendations during the recording. And he took these pictures to save us money and time. What nobility! Knowing that it is impossible to take one of the three pictures without sedation, he decided to save our time. An interesting approach. Or is there something I don't understand? And considering that the dog was constantly trying to escape, it was possible to take so many pictures, then in the end it would be more expensive than with sedation.
The picture from the second projection did not work at all, and the doctor already began to get nervous and remind us that people and animals were waiting after us, too (and it turned out later that there was no one after us).
Imagine such a situation: you come to the dentist, your time has expired, but you did not have time to get your tooth treated, and the doctor claims that everything is over, your time is up, your half hour is over, in short, goodbye, go like this, then we'll get it somehow. So we found ourselves in this situation.
But then the radiologist showed us his theoretical knowledge for another seven minutes of "someone else's time".
As a result, I feel sorry not for money and time, but for my dog. I'm not going to judge the clinic as a whole, but if you suddenly need to get an X-ray, avoid it, as I do now.

The dog's eye was swollen, they brought him urgently to the therapist. There they pointed out to us that the problem is in a particular tooth and it needs to be removed. When trying to make an appointment for deletion, they said that the appointment for deletion is in 9 days, but you cannot make an appointment without a paid consultation. The consultation will be held in 8 days (obviously the record for deletion will be in another 5-10 days).
They work disgustingly, they write decent checks for every sneeze, which does not correlate in any way with the result.
There are no questions about vaccinations and general care. They can take care of healthy people, but not treat them.
If your pet is dear, try to choose another clinic for treatment.

There is a lot I want to say, but I will try to do it quickly and to the point. On Akademicheskaya Street, the most gorgeous doctor, a professional in his field, is Alexandra Mikhailovna Bolmatova. We got to her with a cat who had been ill for almost a week. Before that, we were in two clinics (Doctors at Skripnikov and Aibivet in Loshitsa (tryndets is still) and a Veterinary clinic in Borovlyany (I don't remember the name, but they put oncology on the cat there and advised Bolmatov A.M.). We got to her by accident, because the record was two months in advance (and after meeting her, I I'm not surprised). She performed two surgeries on the cat, and if it wasn't for her, he would have already gone over the rainbow. Very responsive staff - Alexandra Mikhailovna's assistant, nurse Antonina and doctor Borodko Andrey are real specialists and professionals in their field. The world of veterinary services is very lucky that there are such people who have chosen this profession. But it was not without problems and disgusting attitude on the part of doctors from Uruch. I can't help but write about it. Maybe the management will pay attention. After the operation, the cat was hospitalized overnight and sent to Uruchye. We left him, left, couldn't sleep at 6 a.m., worried, the nurse girl picked up the phone, went to see the cat, for which we are very grateful. And then the whole thing started. The hospital doctor called, started talking about bad tests and that the cat needed to be put down. By phone.... Without choosing expressions.... And when they repeated to her several times that they were not ready to make such decisions yet and would still fight and want to consult with Bolmatova, we were told that there were so many cats on the street and in the receivers that it was better to spend money on them and give them a chance than to spend money like this. It was a terrible conversation, the attitude was disgusting. after that, we went and almost immediately took the cat away, because there is no trust or desire to get to such doctors. I do not remove the number of stars only because of Alexandra Mikhailovna, because her professionalism has crossed out the work of the so-called "doctors" from Uruch. The cat is alive, we are quietly coping, maintaining our health. And those who offered to put him to sleep in this form and said that there are a lot of cats around on which you can spend money, I would like to wish to heal my head or change my profession.

Well, I go to the appointment, they assign me a date to an experienced doctor who will do everything in the best possible way, I am interested in recommendations before the operation, and they tell me what kind of operation, it will be a regular appointment.
I.e. I want to write about what is painful, for our attitude towards employees, the cost of services, diagnosis and treatment of our pets. My family bought a 3-month-old kitten. We were happy and touched, unfortunately, not for long. At 5 months old, the cat became ill. We immediately contacted the nearest vet clinic at our place of residence. I don't want to visit all the vet clinics that we visited during 1.5 weeks. But the number of blades was 4.Apart from independent laboratories. In a week and a half, we donated blood 6 times, did an ultrasound 4 times and were irradiated 2 times. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was not made, not one clinic. In the last clinic, it was recommended to euthanize for 232 rubles or pay 460 rubles, but the diagnosis was never established. In total, in 1.5 weeks, we did not establish a diagnosis, but spent 920 rubles.God help them with money. It's scary and insulting to look into the eyes of a pet that you want to save and at the same time you can't do anything. I'm a man and I'm 47 years old, and I'm crying. Our cat died. The question remains, did she see anything there?! If the organ is completely destroyed, according to her, the ultrasound showed the norm. She also answered sharply and rudely, to my question if everything was in order, she replied sharply that the ultrasound was fine, without further explanation. Although in other clinics, as my experience has shown further, doctors always comment on the results and answer all the questions of concern. In general, there are problems with competence and a sense of tact. Not only were all these examinations money-sucking and profiteering from someone else's grief, but also a dismissive attitude. The only thing that kept me from closing this issue on the spot was the hope that it would be possible to save the cat and doubts that they would not harm me on purpose if I left him in the hospital of the clinic after the doctor was shown the place.
