To the regular pharmacists Mikhail and the girl, unfortunately I did not remember the name, thank you very much. They always work clearly and humanly. But! A woman who is periodically on replacement, including today (02/16/2025), allows herself to rudely serve customers, insult and discuss parents in front of a teenager, does not sell teraflu to a 14-year-old boy, while asking for documents. Is this legal and professional? Please deal with this situation. I am a regular customer of your pharmacy, and it is a shame to avoid your pharmacy on their working day because of such employees.

I was at the pharmacy recently - the pharmacist was a man.
A very polite person suggested not only what types of drug there are, but also where it is available, looked at the addresses and even guided by the mode of operation. It is very nice that there are such caring and polite pharmacists)
