Specialists (ultrasound, mammologist, endocrinologist) are diligent, but some hack, measuring not all parameters. I went on insurance. The equipment is good. The tests are done quickly, but the difference in the quality of the conclusion compared to free medicine is not noticeable.

The service is at zero, you sign up for one time, as a result, your turn is only in an hour. They didn't give me a receipt for my service. Doctors bark, not talk. The treatment of the patient is rude, including on a woman's chair. Doctors are not afraid to show their "fi" to ordinary requests. I remind you, this is a paid clinic, I pay for absolutely all services and I do not ask for anything beyond the duties of doctors. I do not advise you to come here.

Why do people go to such centers? Apparently, they want to receive proper service at the proper level, which is impossible to get in any city polyclinic. Why did I come here? Because there are no specialized specialists in the polyclinic at the place of residence. And here they provided me with the necessary services, did an ultrasound, and consulted a specialist. The professional qualities of a doctor cannot be appreciated by an ordinary person, a consumer. But an ordinary person can feel the attitude towards himself. So, I really liked everything in this center: starting with the way they talked to me on the phone when I specified the time of the appointment. I had to reschedule the appointment several times due to various circumstances. The center itself is located in a very accessible place - public transport, and for a personal car there is a parking lot with video surveillance. There is a video deck and comfortable chairs for visitors in the lobby. Very attentive medical staff. The ultrasound was performed by the doctor Kravchina Anna Vladimirovna, very carefully, talked, explained everything. Then I got a consultation with a urologist. Oleg Grigoryevich Babich listened to me very attentively, looked through the tests. He explained why the symptoms appeared and prescribed treatment. I was very pleased. I will definitely recommend this center to my friends. Thank you so much for being there!

M.) only felt it and immediately explained that she needed to take a bunch of tests (no problem, we will do it). She immediately offered to put a blockade, without MRI, without tests, they say, it will only help you (and this is a patient who is only 20 years old!!). At the second admission, they studied the tests (everything is fine with them) and explained that only the blockade will help. Naturally, the refusal. After that, they offered to drink a bunch of medications (one of which is an antidepressant, it's unclear why), go swimming and massage. With such recommendations, you can also Google treatment on the Internet.

On a second visit, they said that since they did not take the referral with them and the ultrasound would have to wait until it was printed in a separate office, well, that is, in the system, the doctor cannot see how it is in normal centers. They made an appointment for a repeat appointment, it turned out that the tests were not ready. The reception is a mess, no one can find anything. This is not the quality of a private paid medical center. This is the level of a polyclinic, and it can be better

The seats are very comfortable, I can't remember where else it was so comfortable, in other medical centers like yours. It differs from a regular polyclinic only in the absence of queues. There are the same gloomy aunts at the reception table (or are they the same ones?). On Independence, the ultrasound technician did not want to wait 10 minutes before filling the bladder, because they were in a hurry to close the office and go home. They sent me to Surganov. There they met with a look from under the forehead and the question: "what did you want?" (just like that, without greeting). The ultrasound machine was in no hurry here, so everything is fine. The money was debited from the card (the amount, by the way, is an order of magnitude higher than stated on the Internet), the result sheets were thrown on the counter (buy them envelopes!), only I said "thank you" and "goodbye". Darkness, guys. I do not recommend this almshouse at the specified addresses.

The most terrible impression! I applied 4 times, I just sent it to 5! 1 time with chest pain, the diagnosis could not be made, too, except for painkillers, it was saved by the fact that I already had something like this and a more experienced doctor immediately realized that this was non-lactational mastitis and there was antibiotic treatment, I repeated this treatment myself and Thank God I stayed with the breast. If I had performed the appointments of this worst clinic, I would have been cut. The next one is scarier or more interesting!!!!! Menstruation delay tests (several, different firms) showed 2 stripes. I came back to this miracle of yudo. According to the ultrasound, there is no pregnancy, okay, let's wait. 🤔Another week goes by and what's there? Again, nothing is visible (but there is a suspicion that it looks like pregnancy, maybe frozen) But there is no diagnosis again. Maybe their technique is as bad as the doctors. As a result, I went to the polyclinic number 2 and oh my!!!!!!!! They saw everything there and immediately set a deadline. This means that if patients seek a medical interruption, then good luck will not shine there! Skip all deadlines!!!

I was at the reception on 03/20/2022 at the gastroenterologist Savitskaya Anna Evgenievna. I did not understand why I paid 45 rubles, the whole doctor's appointment was printed by my tests and examinations, I stubbornly ignore or try to get rid of my questions sooner, not a single clear explanation and answer, I asked not to say anything, literally plugging me while typing!!! I come to the appointment in order to see how the doctor can enter data into the computer.... or I want to get a full-fledged consultation. In the end, she just sent me out with the words that she no longer has time, by the way, I arrived on time, at 12.00 when it was my time, she took a certain madam and consulted her to the detriment of my time, which means I have to hurry!!! The impression is disgusting, a terribly unpleasant aftertaste from such an attitude and from the wasted time and money!!!!
