A great city hotel. Clean, daily cleaning. Everything you need is there, I think of the three the best option, given the location in the center by the beach and the low cost. Strange reviews about the lack of entertainment for children or that there is not a variety of breakfasts. There is a mini playground for children on the side of the hotel. And on the beach (2min walk) there is a huge Playground. The breakfasts are normal, but not five hundred different dishes, as in all-inclusive hotels. But there have always been vegetables, fruits, jams, buns, eggs, cereals and tea/coffee. A wonderful hotel, we were with a two-year-old child for 10 days at the end of May. I really liked it.

The coolest hotel in Alanya, it was a week, alone, I liked the breakfasts, the proximity to Cleopatra beach, the room was small, but everything was needed and functioning. It's a very cozy street and close to all the entertainment, near the telephone.

Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel, the price/ quality ratio is what you would expect. Thank you for your hospitality. Now for more details. We arrived at 9:50 a.m., we were immediately sent to breakfast and given room keys, i.e. checked in early. Take it without food, because breakfast is scarce here. There are no hygiene devices in the room, the hair dryer looks dangerous-the wires are bare, it was slightly electrocuted when I took it in my hand. Only soap is issued. WiFi is only available in the lobby and a little on the pool. There is a TNT channel in Russian on the TV. The air conditioner cools, but it blows strongly and it cannot be adjusted. We slept with an open balcony at night. The location of the hotel is the best you can think of. The beach is 3 minutes away slowly, there are restaurants and cafes around, the embankment is a 20-minute walk away, the funicular station to the fortress on the mountain.
The rooms are cleaned efficiently every day. The room for two with separate beds seemed a little cramped at first, but we got used to it and it became our home. It's quiet at night, even though it's a resort center. You can dry your clothes and relax on the balcony. The water pressure in the shower is good. The pool is clean, cool, Turkish music is playing, we had a great time there. There is a bar and a 10% discount. The restaurant at the hotel is not bad, the kitchen is good, but the lazy waiter needs to be persuaded to come up😄

The hotel is tired, the furniture is old, everything seems to be in good condition and often, but the hotel has not been renovated for a long time. Cleaning is done every day, they only give soap upon arrival, there is no shower gel and shampoo. The breakfasts are monotonous. The main income is probably a restaurant. The advantage is a good location, the center, shops within walking distance, the sea nearby and a good Cleopatra beach. Very nice staff and the owner of the hotel. They don't speak Russian.

I was at the hotel in July 2024.
Location: perfect 10/10. 2 minutes to the beach. Supermarket, cafes, pharmacies - everything is at hand.
Reception: 3/10. We checked in at 17 o'clock, so they gave us the key right away, pointed to the elevator and said goodbye. We contacted the reception because of a broken toilet drain, promised to send someone. No one came. We applied again, but again to no avail.
Number: 4/10. We had a room with two single beds on the 2nd floor. Very cramped: the passage between the bed and the chest of drawers is 20cm. A spacious balcony with a couple of chairs and a dryer. Nice new mattress. The air conditioner is old and noisy, but at +38 I can forgive him everything. The renovation is very old, the room is in dire need of renovation. A small TV with hundreds of channels in different languages. The sheets are stained with yellow.
Bathroom: 2/10. Very poor ventilation: the smell of dampness, mustiness and mold. Plumbing works average. To be there, to put it mildly, is unpleasant. The toilet flush broke almost immediately and the water gurgled for days on end. By the way, you can hear the neighbors using the water perfectly.
Equipment: 3/10. We were given 2 small and 2 large towels. Beach facilities are not provided. I had to buy it. There is no water on the floor or a bottle in the room. The Internet was only working in the lobby. And the Lobby is without air conditioning, so you can't sit there for a long time during the day.
Cleaning: 7/10. Every day two women do their job. They make the bed and sweep it. They change some dirty towels for others.
Breakfast: 3/10. I had the same breakfast for all 8 days: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of sausage, 2 slices of cheese and nasty powdered coffee. Drinks a la Jupi are incredibly disgusting. Tomatoes and cucumbers are the most lame. Olives are normal. Once every 3 days there was a watermelon - it was not at all delicious, as the worst was specially brought.
Territory: 5/10. The pool is small and not even very dirty. A dozen permanently occupied sunbeds. Normal.
Restaurant: -/- . After looking at the breakfast, I decided not to try my luck at the hotel restaurant.
As a result, I can't recommend a hotel that I want to get out of as soon as possible.
The attitude towards the guests is best expressed by this wonderful remote control from the air conditioner in our wonderful room.

An ordinary city hotel, designed to spend the night, have breakfast and go to the sea or go somewhere further. The main advantage of the hotel is its proximity to Cleopatra beach, a couple of minutes walk and you are on the beach. Room cleaning every day, breakfast is meager, but you will not stay hungry, you will start crowing from boiled eggs in two weeks)). 70-80% of the contingent are elderly Deutsche employees on vouchers from the trade union! Children can't eat or have fun here, well, just take a piss in the pool. There is a good wifi in the lobby, when it stopped working, they connected it to another one, which caught perfectly in the room. The hotel is urban, small and cozy in a great location. There is such a feature, I want to warn you, they can put you in the neighboring hotel "Sarai", probably belongs to the same owners, the neighboring building, but there are rooms without repair, quite scary at first glance, in compensation I was offered dinners at the same hotel and I agreed, I lived in the barn for 2 days)) In this shed, the room is tiny, but a wonderful balcony, very quiet in the hotel itself. Of course, it's noisy on the street both in the evening and at night, cars sometimes drive by, music from the restaurant opposite, people even talk loudly, early prayer in the mosque, windows are euro bags, quieter of course, but you still need to be prepared that there will be no silence, who cares.
Then I moved to Alin itself, where the rooms are already civil, on the 5th floor there is a view of the Fortress.
The breakfasts are good, the coffee is decent, I liked that you can sit right on the street, Wi-Fi catches in the restaurant well. There is a tiny pool in the courtyard. My brother rented bicycles at a ridiculous price of 100 lire per day and was allowed to bring it in at the hotel (barn) at night.
The staff hardly speaks Russian. Omar speaks a little, at the reception, you can understand. And so- English.
Overall, I really liked it!

You can walk to the center on foot along the main street through all the shops and shops. The hotel itself is small, with a swimming pool in the courtyard. The concept of food is breakfast only, there is no animation, there is a bar-restaurant at the hotel, tea and coffee are paid after breakfast during the day. Water was not brought to the room. The breakfasts are simple and rather monotonous: eggs in various versions, sausage, sausages, cottage cheese (such a thing), local salty cheeses, olives, olives, cereals, fresh vegetables, herbs, a couple of types of fruit. I was traveling alone, I needed a hotel to spend the night and take a shower. He copes with this task. Otherwise, a very budget option.

I didn't like the hotel. The room is old and with a smell of dampness, they asked for a higher one, they did not give it. They said the hotel was packed. They wanted money. As a result, they were given a view of the neighboring house, where you can shake hands with a neighbor.
The light is very dim, the toilet is wobbly, the faucet is leaking, there is water in the shower all the time. There are only round small pieces of soap from the soap-snout. The hair dryer heats up quickly and starts to smoke. A third of what was previously described for breakfast is simply not there. Every day boiled eggs, bread, lettuce leaves (we got a snail), two slices of sausage and two cheeses. Overripe oranges. The contingent is 80% Germans and other German speakers who go to this hotel on their social benefits. They smoke and yell a lot. And the hotel also has a restaurant on the street, where in the evenings these and visiting Germans get drunk, smoke and go to the guest toilet at the lobby. And you, as a hotel guest, are melting in this lobby from the heat, there is no air conditioning there. The cleaning is very mediocre, the linen has been changed 2 times in 2 weeks, they just sweep the floors with a wet rag and change the towels. At the same time , they left tips - there are boxes in the rooms for this . This is the worst 3 of all where we've been. It's good that we're the right couple to spend the night and have breakfast with. We get on our bike and arrive at the hotel only late at night. The hotel is also used as a meeting place for 1 night. Periodically, such couples were observed at breakfast, who pay at the reception. The eternal shortage of breakfast tables. Be prepared that strangers will come to your table without permission)))
The hotel does not have its own beach, the price for 2 sun beds and an umbrella on Cleopatra is 300 lira.
We rode a bike over the mountain, where sun loungers and an umbrella + Internet cost 140 lira for two.
There's nothing to do with children there. They have nothing to eat, nothing to do either.

A magnificent city hotel! Three minutes to Cleopatra Beach. Clean, the breakfasts are simple, but always fresh. A hotel for the unassuming tourist. Very convenient location relative to all locations: the sea, shops, bus stops, attractions. The rooms are quiet, clean, and cleaned every day. The room is small but cozy, has everything you need except a kettle. Breakfasts, of course, are meager and monotonous, but you will not stay hungry.
Considering the cost of living, I liked everything in general.

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are small but neat, cleaning and changing towels every day until 12.00. Breakfasts are a little monotonous, only one hot dish changes: omelette, stewed potatoes, French fries, sausages in sauce, fried sausages, pies or tubes with cottage cheese, the rest is all standard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, 2 types of sausage, 2 types of cheese, raisins, cottage cheese, yogurt, cereals, jams, watermelon and oranges. I have been staying at this hotel for almost 4 weeks. Great location: near several inexpensive cafes, the sea is 5 minutes, migros. Internet is only available in the lobby and on the ground floor. Breakfast is standard eggs, sausage, corn flakes, oatmeal, cucumbers/ tomatoes/ greens, orange, tea, coffee from the coffee machine (coffee was drunk all day). I had a rest in May-June 2022. I liked the hotel. Among the advantages: price, location, good service, a normal breakfast, polite, attentive staff. We cleaned daily, changed the linen, towels every two days, no problems with toilet paper (for me, there is an excess), soap is not limited, there is no shampoo. Rooms 1 to 4 (for example, 101-104) - balcony to the courtyard with a swimming pool (quiet, no one is making noise, everything is at sea), rooms 5-6 on the wall of the neighboring house, 7-10 - on the street (the street is not noisy with one-way traffic). There is an elevator. The refrigerator in the room is free, but it is very small! Breakfast:two types of bread, three types of cereals with milk, 2 juices, tea, coffee, different jams, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, 2 types of sausages, different olives, cottage cheese, 3 types of cheese, yogurt, eggs, very tasty pastries, there were French fries, sausages, oranges, apples.

There is a good pool, they clean the room superficially every day, but the furniture is old, the Wi-Fi in the lobby barely loads. Hi! I was with a child on 28.10-11.11.2018. The location is convenient, everything is nearby: Cleopatra beach (20% discount on a sunbed), funicular, museum, supermarket Migros, Playground, Damlatash cave. The room is cozy, the main thing is clean (we were at the end of the season before the hotel closed for the winter). They cleaned every day, linen was changed every 3 days, or if necessary, towels were changed every day. There is air conditioning and a TV, but the channels are only Turkish, there is no refrigerator, there is a plastic table and 2 chairs on the balcony. Breakfast for "3": cucumbers, tomatoes (Rostov ones are tastier), olives, olives, cheese, cheese, a kind of sausage, greens, jam, boiled eggs, sweet flakes, something similar to butter (disgusting), bread has always been; omelette, sausages, triangles with cheese (like a small samsa), French fries alternated. Tea bags, coffee machine, chemical juice. If you are omnivorous, then it will do. After 10 o'clock, food and drinks are on order, everything is edible. There is a swimming pool, the water looks clean, but we no longer swam, it was cold, the sea is warmer. Wi-fi works well on 1(reception) and 2(1st residential) floors. The staff is very friendly, they do not speak Russian (English), they are always ready to help. I would recommend the hotel for those who do not need an all inclusive.

There is no refrigerator and kettle in our room, but in theory some rooms should have them or for a fee
The white towels are not the cleanest, and sometimes the water goes out badly in the bathroom and sink.
The air conditioner works well, there is always mustard water, there is a swimming pool, albeit a small one. The hotel has its own cafe with quite edible cuisine no worse than the neighboring cafes

A solid minus for this money.
Everything in the room is old, there is no WiFi, kettle, refrigerator, safe key. Everything can be taken for a fee. Ha and so they took 23€ per day. Well done guys.

Rent KIHG APART for this money, too, the hotel is not far from the sea.
