My husband and I went on an excursion to the Alivaria Museum for the first time, even though we have lived in Minsk all our lives, and we really liked it! Firstly, it was very easy and convenient to sign up for the tour, on their website, we signed up for 1 day. The tour lasts 1.5 hours, 30 rubles. Headphones are provided, so that the guide can be heard perfectly from anywhere. The tour is rich and interesting. And at the end of the beer tasting, we drank two glasses each, so in the morning I went on a tour, and I was already cheerful 🥳

We visited the museum with friends, everyone was satisfied! A great combination of entertainment and education. I learned a lot of interesting things about the production process of my favorite drink - beer, its history and variety of types. And tasting is generally a song! We tried several beers, including non-alcoholic ones. The museum staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything is well organized, we didn't notice any hitches. If you have never gone on an excursion to such establishments, be sure to go so that you know later how it should not be :). A very weak guide, does not know the technical process, just grinding malt into flour is worth it ... does not know the key advantages of the company. The tour is paid, in Russia, large factories, even once "related" to Alivaria, do not take money. The tasting is weak. Generally 2-*, you can't work like that. The history of the plant is certainly interesting, and 40% of the time it's about malt crushing, too, but there are other, more interesting processes that the guide should learn about. The tasting room is beautiful.

The disadvantage is that the brewery is located in the city center. And all the smells of malt processing are released into the atmosphere. It's very tangible. The factory is old. There was a reconstruction...but this is not comparable to new technological lines and equipment. It is hidden by buildings, a fence. But he doesn't belong in the city. Here you can open a museum of beer, spirits, kvass, etc. You can come here and drink beer, try it and compare it with other varieties. Nearby there is Victory Square, the Church of Mary Magdalene, a military hospital, a synagogue.

Of the minuses, the girl guide did not know the details and told about the beer production in general terms, unfortunately it was not possible to dive into the subtleties. Perhaps it would be more interesting if the tour was conducted by a technologist, as in many other industries. There are two types of beer for tasting, we had porter and 1664. The girl Masha is a tour guide - well done! The tasting is interesting. They told me how to taste it correctly, what can be served as an appetizer and what kind of beer. It turns out that chocolate is suitable for dark beer). I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a non-alcoholic tasting option, because I don't drink, then thank you for this option. The tasting set includes 2 types of beer: dark and light. I liked the non-alcoholic set, but my colleagues were not happy with the alcoholic one. Because the dark beer was presented by Russian production, not Belarusian. Well, it turned out to taste so-so. And so, of course, I recommend the tour! I think everyone will learn a lot of new and interesting things.

It was very informative and interesting to tell about the history of the Alivaria plant and brewing. The museum is very beautifully made. I especially liked the exposition of how beer bottles looked in different years. Also, at the tasting, they were given to try different beers and taught how to drink them properly, very cool.

I have been living in Minsk for a long time, but I decided to go on a tour of the Alivaria plant only recently.
I was very pleased, the guide was a very nice girl, she told everything interestingly, took her time and answered all questions.
I also liked the beer tasting, there is something special about it when you stay in the place where it is produced)
There is a shop at the exit, where you can buy something for yourself afterwards.
I recommend setting aside a couple of hours and going on a guided tour, I did not regret the money I spent for sure)

To try only two (!) beers at a factory where more than 10 varieties are produced (paying 25 rubles for the tour), it seems to me...greed. why not treat people to 50 grams each, but more than two for half a glass (this is also a kind of marketing).and yes-a tasting snack, it's not a meal, it's a way to "kill" the taste of the previous drink and evaluate the next one.if you are going here for a tasting, then be prepared for the fact that snacks (even banal crackers) will not be offered to you.

Of the cons, this is a boring tour guide.They poured only Minsk special and garage peach (new), and alivaria porter was not allowed to try for money, they sent it to a bar nearby, where they pour from bottles and not from kegs and a lot of people.
