When this alley was opened, everything was wonderful, the path, recreation areas, and a small water cascade worked. But this pleasure did not last long. The cascade has been closed for a long time, the tracks are not being cleaned, the impression is that this object was handed over for reporting by the city day and its existence was safely forgotten.
