The establishment is not customer-oriented, communication is very poor.
1) I wanted to take individual classes and signed up for testing at school. The woman who conducted the testing was rude, did not introduce herself and did not smile once.
2) I wanted to buy books that are displayed at their reception behind glass, but it turned out that this could not be done — "the director has the keys to the showcase, but she is not there now." Since the director has no other occupation other than selling books, I had to stay without buying.
3) 2 days later, they wrote to me that they had found a teacher and they could start studying, but for this I need to pay for at least 5 classes. They do not have the opportunity to pay for 1 trial lesson — they are not interested in the fact that a person would like to choose a teacher and first get to know him.
4) I refused, but a week later they wrote that they still decided to make an exception. I wrote that come on, they promised to get in touch... and that's it, they're gone. See screenshot. Plus, I called myself and asked for an update — silence was my answer.
