The consultant is the worst I've ever met, serving only one client in front of me took him more than 50 minutes (!), without exaggeration, the most tedious in communication, if there was no urgent need to change the telecom operator, he would spit and leave, it's just terrible. My score is -1/5 (not even zero).

I do not recommend it.
I bought a smart watch for children (elary). After a month of use, the inner part of the case swelled and cracked (very similar to the battery) passed under WARRANTY
, almost a month passed with ZERO result. I think management should set up the post-warranty customer service process DIFFERENTLY.
