I have repeatedly personally visited the office to arrange for payment to be made to the receipt of the ERC, but the subscription fee, according to the managers, will be 4,500 t tenge per month, again I receive the amount of 6,898 tenge this month. Is it really so difficult to make this procedure transparent? I am contacting the central office of the company with a request to monitor the work of the regional service. Is it impossible to collect money - this is not the goal, is providing services the goal?
