Advantages:
- located in a quiet, cozy place in Minsk
- near the forest park for walking, across the street
- price/quality correspond
- clean, comfortable rooms with TV and refrigerator (the whole family went 4 times: there were 2 rooms. One is smaller, but with a balcony, the second is for a wife with a bigger daughter, more comfortable). Even with a bedouin)))
Nearby within walking distance: shops, shopping center.
- as an avid smoker, I will note specially trained smoking areas on each floor (it is not necessary to go down to the street)
- there is a bar on the territory, it works until late (I didn't use it, I had no time, I can't say anything, but there is)
- educational activities for children for a fee

The hotel is located in a residential area, on the side of the MKAD, they found it very quickly.
The territory is fenced, there is Parking, it is closed at night.
There is not a large recreation park on the territory, it is quiet and peaceful.
Standard rooms: bed, refrigerator, TV, bathroom, large balcony. It's quite comfortable.
The breakfasts are standard, three options to choose from.
The dinner is very tasty 😋
The staff is friendly, friendly, hospitable!

A wonderful hotel and all the staff. Yes, the renovation in the hotel room is simple, somewhere slightly worn out, but this is not critical, but it is very clean and the maids clean it every day, they monitor it very clearly, there is a refrigerator. I really liked everything, it's not expensive, I recommend it.
