I want to leave my feedback, maybe I can help someone save nerves, time and money. I applied to Almaz-lux to order a shower partition in the bathroom. They met me well, explained everything, showed me the fittings, and drew a sketch with dimensions. The production time is 4 weeks, 30% prepayment. According to the manufacture, the partition was supposed to be sent to another city, where we were going to install it. I have to pay the remaining amount before shipping. That was the end of all the positive things. It's been 7 weeks. I already had to leave and I started intensively calling the person who took my order. No one answered my calls or called me back. And the day before I left, I went to the Diamond Suite. And here's a miracle, it turns out my partition is already ready and they were even going to send it to its destination, but at the last moment it turned out that there was one hole missing in the glass for mounting, which could no longer be done. As a result, I was left without a shower partition, Almaz-lux used the amount of my advance payment for 7 weeks. Good luck to everyone.
