It is very cozy there is a gym, a mini bar, a mini market, a sauna, rooms with a bathroom with a TV, a lot of shops nearby, friendly staff, there is a large courtyard in general, I advise you!

A very pleasant place! Polite, kind staff, administrators, security, janitors!actually the same as the owners of the residence. The customer comes first, and everything is for people here, free coffee beans, a mini shop, there is an elevator inside, free water coolers in each room, large rooms, several exits to cozy balconies.Everything is clean.
Sauna, dance hall, gym, all new exercise equipment, billiards, outdoor sports ground, very cozy outdoor veranda where you can spend your time
