A good hotel. Clean rooms, towels and shower facilities are available. Good location. The hotel is quiet. The rooms are very warm. The breakfast buffet is very hearty and you can choose a meal for any person. It's not a big price for a room. The staff is friendly. I liked everything very much, we were on a business trip, we stayed in this hotel for a week.

The price for 3 nights is 54,000 tenge. I think that 18 Thousand tenge for such a state of the hotel is some kind of mockery.

Great hotel. I stopped there three times. Clean rooms, helpful girls at the reception, air conditioners work in the summer. And the breakfasts are just gorgeous. There are also no problems with parking a car. Near the park (squirrel darkness. They're riding right over you. manual at all). Of the minuses, it is still expensive (in the same Astana, the same standard will be cheaper by 3-5 thousand tenge, while three times larger in size. But... in general, the price is average in Petropavlovsk, so there are no restrictions). But the second disadvantage is more significant - the approach is not flexible (well, what is it worth counting a day from the moment of arrival, and not from the 12th day? To introduce payment for "part-time"? Yes, you can think of a lot of things like that. As a result, the client will pay a couple thousand less, not fundamentally, but the client is pleased.
In general, I can safely recommend the hotel.

This time I took a Standard single room for 1 night with breakfast for 17500 rubles, I couldn't book another room online, we were busy. In a year and a half, nothing has changed here, the rooms are a little dilapidated, the wallpaper is slightly peeled off, the side of the toilet bowl did not collect water until it moved the lid, the refrigerator gave out 60 decibels. Otherwise, everything is OK, quiet, calm, near the park, near the central street. I was also pleased with the delicious breakfast buffet.

But there are disadvantages of almost all hotels here, disgusting ventilation, dirty uncleaned Jacuzzi, but a good, hard and comfortable bed, the Internet is a disaster... In general, there are more pros than cons. It was overshadowed by a dirty Jacuzzi, and some kind of "radish" that decided that smoking was allowed in the rooms and in the bathroom. The rooms and corridors are designed in the style of national colors and colors, but repairs are already required. The burned-out bulbs do not change - in room 304, where I stayed, one of the 3 bulbs in the hallway was burning, the night light over the mirror did not work in the toilet due to the absence of the lamp itself, 2 of the 4 lamps on the ceiling burned out. It's cold in the room itself, I had to turn on the extra.the heater (was in the room). A kettle and an iron with ironing board are brought at your request, but they are taken away in your absence when cleaning the room without approval (you have to ask again). The dust in the shelves at the head of the bed has not been cleaned for a long time (pictured). When checking into the room, there was an empty beer can in the small refrigerator. Breakfast is very modest, there is no coffee machine, 2 types of milk porridge, pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelet, juice, tea and coffee bags, boiled sausages. There is no slicing of cheese and sausages - and so every day. And so you can stop for a short time .

I really liked the hotel, the rooms where we were are small but cozy, clean, the toilet has a warm floor, the staff is friendly and helpful. Very convenient location of the hotel, near a gas station, market, shop, PSC. The breakfasts were very tasty, and the dinner we ordered (Caesar salad, solyanka, pasta with ham) were also very good.
2 small disadvantages: a cold floor between the toilet and a carpet between the beds (this is compensated by slippers, but they were not given to us for the first time) and a very small table, which includes either a laptop or something else. And you won't be able to place them together.

The room is nice, clean, towels were changed every day, but they never bothered to vacuum the carpet in six days. There are breakfasts, but for such a hotel the breakfast level is not just low, but extremely low! It's the same thing every day: scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, rice porridge, oatmeal porridge, sausages, finely chopped vegetables, but not salad, warmed pancakes. We stayed for one night, as we were passing through the city. The room was surprised by the size: everything is in a big way :) It is cozy, clean, the room has everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, soap accessories, a dental kit, a hair dryer, there was even a cooler :) tea and coffee were also right in the room. We took advantage of the breakfast: it was very satisfying and delicious! According to the cost per room per floor.We gave 14 thousand tenge for a day, tomorrow it cost 1700 tenge for two. Very friendly staff!

A beautiful hotel, overlooking a dense green park. Professional, friendly staff. Delicious hearty breakfast, economy room for 14T tenge is very large, spacious, clean.
There are water coolers on each floor, 1 minute to the supermarket. Everything is nearby, the train station is a 30-minute walk
away. The staff answers all questions very quickly and makes reservations, including through WhatsApp. Price and quality match!

We booked a room with two beds, in fact it turned out to be a double bed, the son is an adult guy, the plumbing is dirty, the toilet drain is not working properly, urine is not flushed, the Jacuzzi is dirty and does not work, the carpets are dirty, greasy, in the sand, the mattress is terrible with bumps and pits, the sheets are in unwashed stains. We were warned on the phone that we were leaving early, they charge money for breakfast, but it is provided from 8 a.m., the attitude of the administration is disgusting. They take advantage of the fact that people are passing through, there is no time to sort things out and look for something else at night. The administrator cannot explain the reason for the pricing, one counts 25,500, the second counts 35,000 when checking in. They do not warn about the lack of water, there is a dirty bucket with a ladle and a toilet full of urine, the payment was taken remotely in full, they refused to return the money because of the remote payment
