I am writing to you with a complaint about the quality of medical services provided at your medical center [Amadeus Clinic on Rechitsky ave. 7/1]. When taking blood from my vein on 08.12.2024, gross violations of medical technology were committed. A medical worker, when not falling into a vein, using the term "empty vein", repeatedly pierced a vein under the skin (trying to find it).As a result of the unprofessional actions of the medical staff, a painful lump formed at the site of the puncture of the vein, which subsequently turned into a hematoma. This caused me considerable physical and aesthetic discomfort. Such incompetent treatment of a patient is unacceptable in a medical institution. I ask you to conduct an internal investigation and take measures against the medical workers who committed this violation. I am attaching photographs confirming the formation of a hematoma. On August 10, 2024, I applied to this clinic, because I needed to get tested quickly. On the same day, in the evening, I received a message on my phone that the analysis result was ready. Because I needed the result in my hands, I came to pick it up the next day. The working time is indicated until 18.00. I arrived at 17.10 and the clinic was already closed. How's that? When we want to, then we close??? The mood and overall impression of the clinic was completely ruined.Failure to comply with the work schedule is a gross violation that should not take place in this institution. Prices in the clinic are a separate topic, but as they say, no one drags by force.

I would like to express my gratitude to the specialists and the administration of this clinic for the selection of specialists who work there. I got the impression that every doctor, every specialist is the best in their field! First, they addressed the problem of loss of sense of smell (doctors in other clinics threw up their hands, referring after some research to the fact that these are the consequences of COVID and postcovid stroke). But I managed to get an appointment with Lor -Rudoman A.D. He is just a wizard of his craft (I would like to call him that) - he returned not only his sense of smell, but began to hear smells much better than before. Then there was a problem with the vessels. He was examined at his usual clinic, which did not detect any abnormalities, which was very confusing. I decided to double-check the results of the examinations in Amadeus. Thanks to Sergeenko T. L., who was lucky enough to get an ultrasound and who immediately discovered the pathology, it was possible to avoid a second stroke (she sent it to an angiosurgeon, who performed the operation safely). Now I am under the supervision of a wonderful neurologist, L. V. Lukashevich, thanks to whom the condition has improved a lot. I would also like to note the work of the girls who meet at the reception, as well as consult on all issues by phone. Thanks a lot to the administration for the people who work there and a low bow to the SPECIALISTS, the Hebrew doctors with a capital letter!

Dr. Klimovich Natalia Nikolaevna thoroughly understood my problem, made the correct diagnosis and prescribed treatment. Ultrasound doctor Sergienko Tatyana Leonidovna examined thoroughly and reassured. The result after a month of treatment (I write with tears in my eyes): the pain went away completely, and finally there was energy for daily activities, because before that I was just slowly fading away (my age is far from advanced). There is no detail, no useful information, the usual statement of what is visible in the picture (and what I already know). I don't see any point in conducting such an ultrasound, except for some kind of commission. I do not recommend this specialist.

The new branch of the Amadeus Clinic near Mandarin. Fresh renovation, clean, tidy. The seats in the waiting area are not very comfortable (metal), but this is not critical. The girls at the reception are polite, but communicate without much interest and a smile. :( I got a wonderful doctor, listened very carefully to everything, asked leading questions, answered my questions that arose in the process. The examination and swabbing were practically painless, for which I would like to thank you very much. The doctor's delicacy and interest are extremely important points. The material is sent to the Invitro laboratory, and the test results are sent by email (if you leave your email address) in a convenient pdf format.
