Also, upon repeated treatment, he said in such a tone that he was waiting for us, as if it was our fault. Although all the documents that he submitted were signed. He also asks for extra documents. The culprit of the accident was a taxi driver insured in amanat. So this payer started demanding his waybill from me. I had to explain to him that I was not authorized to seize other people's documents. In short, due to the incompetence of individual employees, there was a very negative impression of the amanat company.
