I have been a regular customer for several years. But this is the first time I've encountered a situation like the one that happened today.
Delivery was ordered from 19 to 21. At 18.45 the phone rings and the courier informs that he is already near the entrance. I'm talking about the fact that I have time by the age of 19. He asks for the entrance code. I decided that, not wanting to waste time, he wanted to raise the water to the floor in those 15 minutes, so that then it would only be necessary to bring it into the apartment, I said that I did not know the code, but perhaps one of the tenants would come in and out. Imagine my surprise when, at 19.55, approaching the entrance, I did not see a car, but when I went up to the floor I saw that the front door to my apartment was littered with bottles. As a result, after 3 months after abdominal surgery, I had to first pull 5-liter bottles packed in 2 from the front door to be able to enter the apartment, and then drag them into the apartment. In addition, one of the bottles was damaged (puncture) and the water partially poured out of it, first in the entrance, and then in the apartment (in general, about 1/3 of the bottle). When I called the courier with a claim, he turned on the fool and began to claim that I told him "Okay!" in response to his intention to dump all the water under the door. I hope this situation will not happen again, because I would not like to give up the company's goods and services. There are no complaints about the water quality.

I've been working with them for many years, the last few deliveries are just something. You order for a specific period, and on the day of delivery, no one even brings or even calls. We have to call ourselves, they promise one thing, but in the end there is no delivery. Managers are behaving impudently! The service has become simply disgusting!
