For almost three weeks, we've been trying to figure out when the money will be returned.
The product was handed over on 7.12 for verification, and subsequently the call center tried to prove to me that I had delivered the product only on 11.12.
When it was decided that the product was indeed defective, one operator said that you could write an application online and refund the money to the card (the payment was by card), or pick it up at any A CONVENIENT amd pvz.
But no, they should have contacted us before 18:00, they dialed later.
An employee of the warranty service department contacted me, in questionable condition, and informed me that you can only get money back for the goods in cash on the other side of the city.
This situation is very frustrating.

I don't recommend it to anyone!! I wanted to buy a construction vacuum cleaner, but in the end I ordered it from another store. Incorrect information on the website (there is a promotion, but in fact it is not, a deception). They can't bring bulky goods to the pick-up point. We ordered a kettle from this store and agreed that it could be picked up at the pick-up point on Wednesday from 9:00 to 21:00. The message in Viber was not checked, as they believed 100% the operator, who said that the kettle would be exactly on Wednesday. The store had a three-day supply to complete the order. And who checks Viber in 2025?
Today, Mom specially freed up time to pick up the goods. Arriving at the pick-up point, she found out that the kettle would arrive only at 20:00, and they offered to wait. Mom asked the employee to contact the store for more information, but he refused, handed her a business card with phone numbers and, according to her, began correspondence with the store via messenger. Mom called all three numbers, but no one answered for half an hour. However, the employee was answered in the messenger.
After my mother threatened that I would write to the support service and leave a negative review (which I am doing now), the staff nevertheless got in touch and offered to deliver the kettle to the house, but only on Saturday, since we live in the suburbs. As a result, money and time were spent on the road, and the kettle will have to wait another 4 days due to the incompetence of the operator who placed the order.
Moreover, the staff at the store or pick-up point accused my mother of lying or misunderstanding the information, even though I was personally present at the checkout and heard the whole conversation. According to Mom, the pick-up point is also a mess.
The day before the delivery day, after contacting technical support, we were assigned a delivery time at 2 a.m. We are canceling the order and will not buy anything else at this office, which we advise everyone to do in order to save time and nerves. The pick-up point itself is dirty like a pigsty
