Everything started well, the order was delivered, even at the agreed time, but then everything went wrong according to plan. A microphone and a pantograph were ordered for the same microphone, all as a gift, a week before the birthday. There were obvious chips on the plastic on the microphone mount. Due to the current situation, I contacted AMD's warranty service, which offered me 15 bonus points, which in itself is ridiculous. During further negotiations, we came to the conclusion that the store will replace the defective spare part with a new one. When I tried to coordinate the time and place of replacement, I was ignored for 2 days, although I reminded myself. As a result, at the end of the week, on Friday, I was told that I had to come to their warranty service, where they would exchange everything for me. Realizing that tomorrow is Saturday, I asked the manager if they would exchange it for me tomorrow or not, and received a positive response. The next day I arrived at the specified address and what a surprise, the warranty service is closed, and the manager issuing orders is not aware. After calling the store, they said they would clarify and call back. They called back and said that there are no applications for your product, there is a big weekend ahead and come to us on Wednesday, i.e. November 8. As a result, the goods were exchanged for me, but after my birthday, well, I had to go to the other end of the city twice, spend my time and money because of the "excellent service". In conclusion, I do not recommend this store if time and quality are important to you.
