The girl was trying to prove his presence)
The same girl, without responding to the question in any way, just left...(

The coffee is delicious with a beautiful pattern, the tea is generally fine, no wow, they brought it in a mug with a bag, I thought there would be a teapot.
You will like the warm interior and friendly staff, it is clear that the girls are trained to greet incoming guests and say goodbye to those who are already leaving
The dessert showcase does not shine with variety, but if you want, you can choose, or order something sweet from the menu

I rarely write reviews, but I was so outraged by the barista's attitude that I can't keep silent. I came with a friend, no one said hello, we waited 5 minutes for them to finish cooking and give orders. After that, it turned out that there are many positions out of food and this is not the first time. They offered to log in to the loyalty system - ok. We sat down on the terrace. A cup of coffee was literally thrown to a friend without saying anything (usually they voice what they serve). A few minutes later, they brought my food without voicing it, loudly putting it on the edge of the table (not to me, apparently). I came to the institution because I know Jen in absentia, but I don't want to anymore, just frustration. There are plenty of decent places with good service around.

I read a lot of admiring reviews, decided to try it... Everything is debatable. The interior seems to be nothing, but the tables are so close to each other that you can hear all the visitors and not hear your interlocutor.
The waitress girls seem to be inattentive: they asked for the same information several times. We ordered a bowl, tea, honey cake. The bowl is a test, the tea is about nothing, the honey cake is just sweet, there was nothing mega special about it.
By the way, the choice of desserts is very poor, very much. We were on Saturday at 16.00 and there was only honey cake, chocolate honey cake, meringue roll. That's it! Will we come back again?.. I don't know.

White and dark mocha were my favorite drinks in this life, which I missed even when I was abroad. But, unfortunately, they were removed.
I really want to mention the barista Rustam. Attentive to details, sociable, polite. Once I drew a cool cat for coffee)) He can offer something new, based on tastes and keep the conversation going. The whole atmosphere is based on it

I came to this coffee shop earlier and got a boost of energy and mood for the whole day! The girls of the staff are just lovely, always positive, cheer up and make delicious coffee!
But lately, the quality of coffee alone has not just deteriorated, it has become disgusting... With the new staff, the place has lost its atmosphere. Sullen, eternally dissatisfied and not neat baristas, overshadow the status of a COFFEE SHOP to a DINER!
The tables are not cleaned, the mess behind the bar, which immediately catches the eye ...
The new owner puts himself up as a cool marketer, but the result, except for new desserts and a photo mirror with a mark, is just 0.
It is a pity that the finished business, which cost years, turned into "running a coffee shop".
All that remains of the old Ameniel coffee is to name it.

So, to be a marketer, you need to at least understand business processes, and here they suffer. Disgusting coffee. Not the most welcoming baristas, who are recruited by the ad, apparently. It's not very clean. Stale bread. The barista served dessert without gloves. Communication is not built up. A coffee shop is a highly competitive niche, and it needs not just perfect service, but a machine that works. And here, the business was acquired only in order to write "the founder of the coffee shop" in social networks, for the sake of her own satisfaction. Not for people.
