Very cozy and clean hostel. I spent two days there and was just thrilled. I had no previous experience staying in a hostel, so there were doubts, but the proximity of the consulate bribed me and I am glad that I chose the Americans. The hosts are wonderful, friendly and sooo friendly people! They told me everything, prompted me, down to the smallest detail - where to eat delicious and cheap, where to go, what to see! Super!!! The hostel is wonderful! Friendly owners, cleanliness, hospitality, responsiveness, reasonable prices, convenient location, everything is within walking distance, excellent Internet. I am staying at the Americana hostel for the second time, and I plan to do so in the future. I am sure if you choose to stay at the Americana Hostel, you will be satisfied!!!

Of the advantages, only a friendly hostess. Otherwise, there is no sink or refrigerator in the dining area, dim light, however, as in all rooms, gives the impression of a gloomy dungeon. The toilet is combined, it is extremely inconvenient for the hostel. They require you to take off your shoes almost on the street, the front door opens with great effort (the canopy is broken). In general, you can only stay for 1 night as a last resort. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Of the advantages, the embassy is within walking distance, which is why we chose this hostel, Underfloor heating, that's all. You won't call the hostess and you won't get through, Wi-Fi, which is not working, there is dirt in the bathroom, bed linen is given out and that's it, communication with the hostess ends, towels, as in other hostels, are not given out, and before leaving they put all the shoes outside, which is why it became cold, and there were frosts.

I didn't like it at all! There is no kitchen, no drinking water, beds like from the 90s with disgusting mattresses, toilet paper was barely begged, a washing machine is paid! I never add photos, but just look where you're going to live... The bed stinks of bleach! There are no words, only emotions...

We were in this hostel, it was very dirty and the electrics were in the worst condition, the sockets were sparkling, the light bulbs were hanging on bare wires, one kettle on two floors.

We stayed in Astana from October 16 to 18, 2019. What I really liked was the warmth, despite the fact that the heating has not yet been turned on in the city. Very good repair, clean.
