I visited AMI in Dzerzhinsk, ul. July 11, 3A/1 - 07/01/2024 and in one word, it is impossible to describe my visit. We came for an armchair, the cost for AMI furniture is not so small - about 400 rubles., and faced with the situation that everything that is displayed in this store except for small things is impossible to buy, everything is only to order (and not a word about it in the store!!!!!). After reviewing the colors of the Lord chair on the website, we approached the seller (who, in the absence of customers in the store at that moment, did not even express a desire to help in any way), asked to see what colors were available (gray at the exposition did not suit us very much, but there was another beige model, but more expensive), to which she replied (with tension) is available, that's what the fabric showed, we realized that this was the color that was on display and went to look at it again, after 10 minutes, this madame in a pink shirt ran out and said: "I'm not selling this chair to you. This is a sample.", my husband heard this and went to clarify, when he came he told me that not a single chair could be bought here, everything was made to order. But there is not a single word about this anywhere in the store. This is the first time I've come across the fact that when you come to AMI furniture, you can't buy what you've chosen. AMI's store was convenient because you could immediately buy what you need (given the "so-so" quality), but not to order, you can buy everything you need in another place and of arc quality. I was outraged that I couldn't buy a chair after spending about 30 minutes in the store and finding out about it at the end. Approaching another seller, to clarify for what reason I cannot buy it, due to the fact that there is not a single word in the store that everything that is made of furniture is custom-made, and not in stock, she told me (madame in a beige jacket) that we do not work in a warehouse and... not a single word about the settlement of the current situation ( for example: unfortunately, we have all these samples, but let me see what is ready in another warehouse, we have fast delivery, the chair you need will arrive quickly… NOTHING.... IT'S JUST ... EVERYTHING IS ON ORDER-it was difficult for a person to say neither the time nor the date, and fuck you ..., you make me work and think ...) But I did not lag behind and asked to explain to me the reason why there is not a word in the store that everything is on order, why, thinking that I can buy everything on the spot, I have to spend my time hoping for a purchase and only in the end realize that I cannot buy something. To which the seller began to tell me: You came here to fight!! I got the answer: No, I came here to leave my money and get a purchase!!! The seller began to tell me that I RUINED HER MOOD with my words!!! When I left, I said that I would call your hotline, to which she shouted after me: "okay, I'll sell you this chair, but other buyers will come and they won't be able to look at it!!!!". An amazing fact, apparently I did not come out with my face, since I was refused the sale of the chair, but only after my indignation - they decided to sell it!!! I said thank you, I can't leave customers without a chair, who, apparently, won't come to you here, given the attitude towards customers. Leaving, they shouted at my back again that I had ruined her mood, apparently the seller had come not to work, but to a concert. After all, I called the AMI hotline, they told me that everything that is in the store is for sale, but you can also order what is not for sale -there are designations on it - a SAMPLE, NOT FOR SALE, ONLY ON ORDER!!!! There are shops where there is only an exhibition, but customers are notified about this in advance. My opinion is that such behavior of sellers is unacceptable, their behavior should be restraint, correctness, respect, and most importantly, so that the buyer returns and does not hate this store. Personally, I have never had such problems in AMI's stores, everyone is always responsive, respectful, will advise, look at this store.... It's Just Terrible.... In addition, sellers allow themselves to discuss previous buyers (who left after making a purchase) in an incorrect form, not being shy about having new customers behind the counter. The management of this store should think about whether they need such sellers who reduce their purchasing power.!!!

the store is not bad, the only disadvantage is that they ordered a bed, waited a week for delivery, the bed came with three defective parts of the wrong size. We are very disappointed, as new details will have to wait at least a week again!

It does not stand out in any particular way among the rest of the Ami stores - approximately a similar range of goods, they are delivered to order quickly - 1-2 days, prices are sometimes very low, if only the consultant girls had more positivity and smiles and interest in the buyer x - I am sure sales would have become even more

You need to write a separate review about the furniture. This is how lucky I am, I know for sure that moving and reassembling is going through very badly. And the store is good, there is an interesting assortment besides furniture, beautiful and inexpensive. The staff at the store is very pleasant and responsive, you can always ask and tell everything without any problems.
