The loader's behavior is very outrageous. I believe that such people should not work in such a store. It's not all convenience. The director of this store in Buda-Koshelevo should pay special attention to the selection of working staff.
Honestly, after such treatment from the staff, even the desire to make purchases disappeared!!!!

On March 17, I applied to the Buda-Koshelevo store. The seller accepted an application for a sofa, which was in stock in Baranovichi. I was also notified that the delivery will be within 10 cal. days. On March 28, a salesman contacted me and warned me about the increase in cost. On the same day, I signed a contract with them and made an advance payment. 39 days have passed since the application was submitted and 27 days have passed since the conclusion of the contract. I have repeatedly contacted the store, the result is zero, they say expect it soon....
Probably it is necessary to demand a book of complaints...
