We rested at the hotel from November 6 to November 13 . I share my enthusiastic impressions. A wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent accommodation. Beautiful well-maintained territory . A magnificent swimming pool and a gym. . Meals according to the system ,,all inclusive ‘’ Even the most discerning gourmet will be satisfied . Pastry chefs delight with a variety of exquisite cakes. The abundance of fruits is pleasing to the eye . I can't help but mention the medical procedures. From analyses to the most advanced alpha capsules . Special thanks to the ‘ little hostess of the big house ", the hotel manager Svetlana Nikolaevna, who is ready not only to answer all the questions that arise. but also to solve them . I would like to thank the restaurant's administrator Svetlana, this kind fairy. A nice bonus is that in the evening you can enjoy Eric's magnificent singing at the Pier restaurant. The Amra Hotel is a great place to relax in Abkhazia, regardless of the time of year.The entire territory of the hotel is a park with various islands of plants - palm trees, bamboo groves, eucalyptus trees, conifers and other representatives of the subtropics, and all this is well maintained by caring hands! Walking is a pleasure!The sea splashes under the windows at a small colonnade embankment...We never tired of photographing sunsets at sea! We lived in the new third building - modern rooms with a balcony, freshly renovated, high-quality linen with regular cleaning and linen change, the beach is almost under the windows, pebbly, umbrellas and sun beds are free - not a problem.The food is a buffet, very diverse, European, familiar to us cuisine, dry wine for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is located in staraya Gagra, convenient for visiting all the sights, within walking distance.Excursions are also thought out- booked at the hotel, they are interesting, safe and quite budget-friendly.There is a sports club on the territory where you can play tennis, work out on simulators, there is a swimming pool (it is for amateurs, because the sea is nearby!) Very attentive staff, I would like to mention the administrator Olesya - we arrived late in the evening, and were greeted by her as long-awaited guests!
The disadvantage is that there is practically no animation, the animator girl was zero! But in such a wonderful place we entertained ourselves!!!

Отдыхала в отеле в Новый год, номер Стандарт одноместный, Второй корпус (номер 2219). Номерок небольшой, но уютно, хорошая сантехника, есть халаты, тапочки, широкий балкон с видом на третий корпус и с боковым видом на море, есть кондиционер, сейф, бутилированная вода, чайник с пакетиками чая и сахаром (пополняется ежедневно), в ванной комнате - душ, фен, полотенца, в т.ч. для бассейна, мыло, пакетики шампуня/геля для душа, зубная щётка и паста. Также в номере есть батарея, что не характерно для Абхазии. Зимой не замёрзнете) Не понравилась звукоизоляция, было слышно хлопанье дверей соседей и звуки в коридоре.
Питание было 3х разовое, в ресторане в третьем корпусе. Ресторан уютный, просторный, есть столы у панорамных окон с видом на море. К еде замечаний нет, отличный выбор и салатов и свежих овощей, и гарнира, и мяса/рыбы, были тортики на десерт, фрукты, по-моему, вино было и на завтрак, и на обед, и на ужин, люди за столами всё время сидели с бокалом. Замечание есть к кофемашинам, которые постоянно или не работали, или заканчивалось зерно и приходилось искать сотрудника ресторана, чтобы его заменить. В целом, к самим сотрудникам претензий нет - быстро реагировали, помогали.
Закрытый бассейн - замечательный, вода комфортная, за счёт застекленного купола очень светло и красиво. Есть спец. мягкие штуки для тех, кто не умеет плавать, лежаки с мягкими матрасами. Также бассейн имеет разную глубину, где-то глубже, где-то можно встать и вода будет по грудь, что очень удобно. Все дни отдыха была аквааэробика по утрам. Также за дополнительную плату есть сауна и хаммам (стоимость по-моему 1000-1200 руб/чел/час). Что не совсем понравилось - в женской раздевалке потолок с огромными подтёками, который нужно покрасить, это портит впечатление. А так - есть и шкафчики с ключом, и фен, и душевые, выход к бассейну сразу из душевых, что удобно. Сам бассейн находится в отдельном здании , идти к нему через улицу - из любого корпуса.
Также в отеле есть свой большой кинотеатр и дом культуры, где в новогодний праздники, например, по расписанию бесплатно показывали новогодние мультики, устраивали детскую анимацию, караоке для взрослых. Скучно не было)
Сама территория отеля большая, зелёная, идеально для прогулок вдоль моря. Главный корпус отеля - историческое здание, с несколькими террасами с видом на море, где приятно провести время. На открытую террасу первого этаже (а по факту -1) выход сразу из лобби бара, можно купить какой-нибудь напиток и выйти на террасу и насладиться видами.
Внутри здания интересная архитектура, мебель, потрясающие люстры, как таковых картин нет, но есть фотографии об истории отеля и Абхазии . Немного специфичный ресепшен для отеля 5* - небольшая стойка с пластиковым ограждением, как какая-то советская касса из недавнего прошлого) Но нужно отдать должное всем сотрудникам на ресепшен - и в главном корпусе, и во втором, и в третьем - все девочки любезные, отзывчивые, было приятно общаться.
Отель однозначно советую, обязательно ещё вернусь.

I have already vacationed in this beautiful hotel 7 times (and the second this year, I was in May) an excellent place! I like everything here, and the beautiful architecture in the style of the Stalinist Empire, a wonderful medical center, excellent buffet meals, an arboretum of unreal beauty, perfectly manicured territory, a wonderful spa center and a gorgeous swimming pool. The rooms are very comfortable, cleaning every day! Now a little more details 😀 the food in the restaurant is very diverse, welcome champagne in the morning, red and white wine at lunch, there is everything from shish kebab to lamb, there is always a choice of hot and soups, pastries and cakes are very tasty they are prepared right at the hotel! In the Melecin center, you can take all the tests and undergo examinations. The procedures are very diverse and even Naphthalene baths and hydrogen sulfide, ozone drippers are three times cheaper than in Moscow! The hotel staff is very positive and hospitable, special thanks to Svetlana Nikolaevna (treat guests like family) I would like to mention Olesya, the placement manager, she was in touch with us 24 to 7 . In the evening we go to the Pier restaurant to listen to a live performance by Eric and Zara! By the way, champagne and wine in the restaurant costs 600 rubles per bottle. In general, it's just Heaven on earth! I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone, the best in Abkhazia. Relax your body and soul!!!

It seems that this is the best hotel in Abkhazia; a very beautiful park, building 1 is a real museum, the Stalinist Empire; 2 and 3 are also good, but ordinary) the sea is warm, the beaches are clean; the food is not bad, but monotonous; wine is served for lunch and dinner - honestly, sooo for an amateur; the staff is strange, like everything would be fine, but if you come across them directly, they are extremely inattentive, even rude, it is discouraging. Because of them, to be honest, I definitely don't want to visit this place a second time))) and the nature and architecture are wonderful!

We had a rest in September in the second building. In principle, everything is at a fairly good level. The food is great, the beach is great. On-site parking is free. But there is one thing... Who was the toilet with a shower cabin in the room built for? For midgets? I understand that the second building is considered three stars, but even for them the shower room does not pull. Compared to it, the huge balcony in the room seems like a mockery. In other buildings, I think this is much better. So I'm no longer naked in the second building. Nice pool with heated water. Everything else is fine. Thank you.

We had a rest in November 2024 for a week.
Located in staraya Gagra, this is a plus, because there are not so many people and fuss.
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the colonnade and the embankment with the park.
Overall, the impressions are positive, it is very beautiful inside and the territory is well maintained, clean. Lots of greens and fruits. You can see how lemons and oranges grow.
The room was a suite with a sea view. The view is simple, the room is clean, everything was replenished on time, cleaned every day. We changed towels, bathrobes, and pool towels. They put water on and added tea. Everything is in the room, everything works, an excellent hair dryer.
The staff is mostly friendly and friendly, they will always help and tell you.
We went to the pool, it was clean and pleasant.
There are 2 or 3 playgrounds on the territory for children.
On nutrition for 4+. It doesn't reach 5k. It happened that rice was not cooked or buckwheat. Because it was chosen by children, it was critical. There are no problems for adults, it's easier to find a replacement. The choice is quite large, it is difficult to stay hungry. Delicious salads and pastries were also pleasing. The breakfasts are excellent. The only grain coffee machine has almost never worked, but there is a bar on the territory of the restaurant, where you can order for a fee, for whom it is important to drink grain coffee in the morning)
Among the advantages is a large selection of fruits, everything is fresh, ripe and delicious!
There is an excellent Pier restaurant on site. Right on the shore. A good menu, everything that was taken was delicious.

It's a great hotel. We lived in the main building. New good renovation, buffet food - delicious and varied. The pool is large and warm. Table tennis is free, billiards is paid, gym. The territory is beautiful and green. Even the flowers bloomed in winter. I liked that the doors in the lobby open by themselves)). Cleaning every day. Everything is clean. There are sofas in the halls, you can sit with the company. We were on New Year's holidays.

We were at the end of October 26-28.10. In the main building on the 4th floor, a suite with a Jacuzzi. The hotel is beautiful, everything is beautiful, majestic, rich. For no reason, only members of the government or Soviet pop stars used to rest here. We took half board. There is not much food on the buffet (maybe because it is not the season), but there is enough of everything. A large, beautiful territory. The sea is nearby. Indoor heated swimming pool. The weather pleased us, many more swam in the sea. The air temperature is +19°, the water temperature is +21°.We had a great weekend with our family.

We had a rest with the whole family at the Amra hotel
for the November holidays! We are fans of traveling, and we have seen a lot of different hotels and apartments. But I can say with confidence that a family vacation at the Amra hotel satisfied all our needs! The first thing I would like to mention is the service! At the reception, we were met by a smiling employee who quickly arranged for us to check into the rooms, we took 2 standard class rooms! because we travel with a large friendly family From the main building, we were taken by golf cart, with all our huge luggage and two small children, to the 3rd building, where we were accommodated! When we entered the room, we had compliments in the form of large plates of fruit and a bottle of delicious sparkling wine. When we went out on the balcony, another surprise awaited us, in the form of a beautiful view of the sea. Next, we rested a little and went to lunch! At lunch, we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of dishes! The hotel has a buffet system with several types of soups, side dishes, fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, white and red wine, delicious desserts, juices, coffee and many more! This meal accompanied us for 5 days, our great vacation))) As for the territory, everything is very well maintained, beautiful vegetation, huge palm trees everywhere, many shops, near each stands an urn with a package, which is important! There are two fountains on the territory, the water jets of which, at night, shimmer with different colors, a very beautiful sight! Now about the SPA, there is a large indoor and warm-water swimming pool on site! The pool has various hydromassage baths, a sauna and a hammam (for a fee), there are sun beds in the pool, the use of which is free! In the room with the pool, it was very warm and comfortable! We often come across the fact that when you leave the pool, there is discomfort, but here we did not experience it, but on the contrary! Also, on the territory of the Amra hotel there is a medical center where you can take tests, do an ultrasound, undergo a course of treatment with ivs and, if necessary, carry out almost any medical manipulations! In general, the rest was enjoyed by our whole family! And we will definitely return to the Amra Hotel in the summer! We would like to thank all the hotel staff for such a good approach to their business! Nice hotel. The former sanatorium of the Central Committee of the CPSU. Beautiful architecture, a luxurious park with palm trees and vines. There is plenty of space on the beach. I also liked the food, although forks were not always available. There is a medical center, they take you to the balneotherapy center for free for sulfur-hydrogen baths. Other procedures are paid. There is no animation in the Turkish sense of the word. The pool is only closed. The hotel is located next to the Old Gagra.

The main building is very beautiful. Beautiful rooms. Gorgeous nature, the beach is right next to the hotel. I came with the children on vacation, to breathe the sea air, to go through various procedures, I planned to return home rested and filled. But that was not the case 🤣 The first couple of days I was delighted, but then the food spoiled the whole impression. The FOOD IS DISGUSTING.This is a sanatorium, and I thought there should be diet meals for sure. I adhere to the principles of healthy eating. In Amr, all the food was terribly salty and greasy. My youngest daughter is 1 year old, I didn't know what to feed her at all. On the 3rd day, I felt sick. I felt sick and the temperature rose in the evening. On the 4th day, the eldest daughter became ill. She was sick all night, in the morning they put her on an IV with persuasion, she was released. Then the baby got sick. She had multiple vomiting fountains and a temperature of 40. Then my mother was covered. In general, everyone got it. I do not recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone. Take care of your health.

8 people had a rest in Amr from 12/28/14 to 01/04/15 (New Year). I liked the hotel as a whole, very beautiful territory, therapeutic procedures, massage (special thanks to masseuse Alexandra), room cleaning, attentive staff, swimming pool, etc. But I want to express my opinion about holding New Year's Eve in the 5th building (buffet). Upon arrival at the hall, we were very surprised, there was no BASIC SERVING on the tables! (5-star hotel), although the number of people at the table was known in advance (there was a preliminary seating arrangement). It is clear that the food and drinks were served at the buffet, but it was possible to at least set the tables for the celebration, after all, the New Year, The whole mood, of course, was spoiled. Waiters came very rarely to clean the tables, mostly they stood and watched the entertainment program. That is, the guests, having paid the money, had to set the table and put everything away. It was only the entertainment program that saved us, and special thanks to the artists for that. There was the same outrage at the neighboring tables. Please ask the administration to take note of this issue and look at the practices of other hotels.

Beautiful architecture! The perfect park! The service is lame as always. They try, but not all of them. Not always and not everyone succeeds. A rather monotonous buffet. 3.5 out of 5. Cool pool. But if there was always soap in the showers, the feeling would be better! I was disappointed several times during my stay. Firstly, the restaurant has its own monotony, although everything is delicious. Secondly, there was a cockroach on the table with ready-made food (it happened once) and an unwashed fork in clean dishes, which, of course, could have been thrown by a visitor. There are no special attractions here. But there are still questions for the head of the restaurant, he specifically undermines AMRA's image. Thirdly, the spa did not meet expectations. The sauna and hammam are paid, although they work all the time, what prevents those who want to come in? They probably don't earn that much money with an hourly payment, but there's no way to get warm, and there's no free time, and it's not very pleasant to put your vacation on a schedule. But despite the lack of good alcohol and the listed disadvantages, we are planning a repeat visit, but already during the flight period. I wish the entire team of AMRA PROSPERITY - "WELL DONE". I had a rest in October 2024 in the first building in a standard single room. The room is small, but well renovated and comfortably furnished. Immaculate cleanliness, daily cleaning and change of towels, change of linen - once every three days, bottled kodor drinking water in sufficient quantity. The amazing beauty of the hotel's interior has a calming effect, everything is reflected in the brilliance of crystal chandeliers and lamps, quiet pleasant music sounds in the corridor and in the restaurant. The staff, all without exception, are polite and attentive. Clean sea, free beach, small and medium pebbles when entering the water, large swimming pool with hydromassage... Of course, the taste of the food and the wine offered for breakfast and lunch could have been better, and the medical center is not fully loaded, the lights are turned off in the hotel and insects fly in through the open window... But this did not affect the overall impression. The rest turned out to be fabulous.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2024. In general, I liked everything very much - a great new 3rd building - good rooms, beautiful interior, and the dining room is generally a song: on its veranda with floor-to-ceiling windows there is such a view of the sea that you want to stay there for the whole day))) That's just the food itself was upset in the end - at first I liked everything: a wide range, there is a diet line. But it turned out that this assortment has not changed in almost 2 weeks, and this, of course, is tiring))) By the end of the rest, no one could eat anything of it, it was very monotonous. The meat selection is mainly pork and chicken. Fish are also a couple of species only offered. There was only one okroshka in 2 weeks, although it was definitely hot outside. The rest of the soups were about 5 types, and so they alternated for 2 weeks ...
There were many and varied fruits on offer. But there has never been a watermelon, even though the season is already over! Champagne for breakfast in the morning, but wine at lunch, which is impossible to drink. Vinegar is alive)))
Yes, the area is beautiful - like a Botanical garden. The main building is generally like a museum: it is very beautiful there - the Stalinist Empire! The beaches are also well equipped - excellent sun beds, umbrellas, a lot of everything - there is no need to go in the morning and take up seats. There weren't many people in early July, so we enjoyed the sea, although it's a little dirty compared to Pitsunda. Not dirty directly, but not perfect ...
there is practically no animation, very isolated. A large House of Culture that is idle- - although it has a large good cinema hall, but for some reason they don't show movies in it)))
There are practically no concerts or discos either. But outside the window in neighboring hotels / restaurants, it makes so much noise until 23.00 that you won't fall asleep)))
I repeat once again that in general we liked it, although the price, nevertheless, is overestimated in my opinion regarding the quality.

Good afternoon! We rested at the Amra Hotel in Gagra in June. We were satisfied with the rest, we liked the hotel. A very beautiful park with exotic plants right on the seashore, the historical building of the 1st building, of course, left an impression. We lived in the new 3rd building in the standard room. The Windows overlooked the neighboring hotel, they are building houses for vacationers there, the costers were a little in the way. On the other side of the building, the windows overlook the 2nd building, the distance between them is 5 meters, so some rooms look from window to window. In June, we ate at the restaurant of the 1st building, in July our own restaurant is due to open. The food is not bad, especially the breakfasts, everything seems to be fine, nothing poisoned. The sea has already warmed up at the end of June, the beach is a large pebble, it's hard to get out of the water, it's better to take swimming slippers with you. If we are going to Abkhazia again, we will choose this hotel.

the three of us had a rest in September 2024: me, my husband and my son for 5 years in a standard room with full board in the main building.
Pros: a good repair has been made, the plumbing in the room is new, everything works. The main building of the hotel is very beautiful, the photos are super. The territory is beautiful - a huge park area, it's a pleasure to walk. Its own dedicated beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Clear. The food is good, cooked without frills, but quite edible.
Of the minuses: the pool is warm, but poorly cleaned, the mud on the bottom (swam with a mask) is terribly chlorinated, while the virus was picked up. There are no mosquito nets on the windows in the rooms, if you are not a special fan of the air conditioning system, mosquitoes will eat you along with slippers. The air conditioning system blows directly onto the bed, while it will not work to move the bed anywhere, the rooms are very small. And the saddest thing is that the waiters' attitude towards vacationers and their work leaves much to be desired... The waiters do not understand the essence of their work (however, we noticed that this is basically the trouble of the Abkhazian service). They quarrel with each other in front of vacationers, find out which of them has been processed and who has not been finalized. If you come to the beginning of breakfast, lunch or dinner, everything will be more or less, if a little later, then to take a clean plate, you will have to look for waiters, tell them to bring clean dishes, the same with coffee machines, you will have to ask to be refueled, cleaned, etc. In fact, one girl out of five waiters works Two guys are not very clear what they are doing at all, they go behind the bar, sit on a chair there so that they cannot be seen and sit there. The tables are with dirty dishes, you come, there is nowhere to sit, all the tables are dirty, you have to look for a waitress again to clean ... Well, in general, the big request of the administration is to pay attention to the work of the waiters, we have not seen such disgusting work for a long time!!!!!!!!

A great place for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is an architectural monument on the territory of an arboretum with many very beautiful well-groomed plants. The doors open by themselves, the sunset fills the room. It seems that you are alone in the hotel, a beautiful park with secluded corners. It was our first vacation in Abkhazia. The Amra Hotel fully met the expectations. The location is perfect. The territory in the photos was beautiful, but when they saw it in person, the delight only intensified. We were at the end of October. We got into the sun from +20 and the rain from +11 °. The pool is indoor, warm, clean. Meals are 3 times a day. They brought +... kg😁 from vacation. We didn't even get to the restaurants, it was delicious and varied.
Sports grounds, locations, paths, benches overlooking the sea, to list a lot of things.
The only thing missing there is a large modern playground and a children's room in at least one of the buildings. Please think about it, because in bad weather they have nothing to do and they start to pull their parents.
I definitely recommend you to visit. In the summer, we will come to you again with friends. ❤

A wonderful hotel. I've been dreaming of visiting here for many years, ever since I saw photos of a friend on a banned social network. And finally, in 2024, I got to Amra. The food was excellent, quite varied, and delicious. Lots of fruits and vegetables. My husband was a little short of sweets. We were at the end of August - the pool is almost always half empty: we went to the sea in the morning and after 10, when it got hot, we went to the pool and sat there until lunch.
The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, clean. Gagra Embankment is within walking distance, we went for a walk several times in the evening.
Of the disadvantages, the Wi-Fi works very poorly in the third building. It was absolutely terrible, it was impossible to use it, so the TV did not work. You can say why you need a TV on vacation, but my son is 6 years old, he sometimes wants to watch cartoons. The rest of the hotel had normal Wi-Fi. This little flaw didn't spoil our vacation. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for a wonderful vacation.

Hello, I put 1 for the off-the-scale arrogance of nutrition. Of course, the beautiful sea, the territory, excellent rooms in the 3rd building, a historical place. A lot of questions about the beach and the pool, well, that's okay, we're worried. But nutrition is a disaster. Moreover, this was not observed in the reviews before, from which I conclude that everyone used to eat from the 1st building, but after they opened 3, and there was a separate restaurant in it - that's where the complete chaos began! The first is to dilute soups with boiling water throughout the day from lunch to evening. That is, if you get to the opening of lunch, eat a normal soup. The next can will be different. By the end of lunch, there's something else altogether. By the beginning of dinner, it will be some kind of strange concoction of a suspicious color, and by the end of dinner (although in this case it is better not to go at all) - you will get outright slop there. I've never been fed slop in my life. And if you stay for 20 thousand rubles per person per day, this is absolutely exclusive. They never opened the restaurant on time - as a result, a crowd accumulates, which realized that it was necessary to come to the beginning - after about an hour there would be almost nothing to eat, because what was over could no longer be tolerated. They say come back tomorrow (or in the evening). even bread, even butter, not to mention something more nutritious. I approached the girl on the counter on this topic - the answer is - well, we are watching this very closely (and the scrambled egg tray has been sad for a long time with an empty steam during the conversation, and there is still an hour and a half before the end of breakfast!) And she sees it! And he's trying to convince me that black is white! What remains frankly impossible is tasteless, but it is difficult to argue for a reasoned reason, since everyone's tastes are different. But the fact of an obvious budget squeeze is no longer a matter of taste. Once a week, he gives a trout of weak salt for breakfast- hooray- a tray was taken out, it was immediately swept away, almost into a fight - the next one is already taken out ... a herring. And this is their declared trout for breakfast. It's called - catch your luck, climb into battle on Saturdays with a fork at the ready. Fried fish - only heads and tails. it's like leftovers were taken out to homeless tramps in the backyard; the crowd breaks in at the beginning of breakfast-lunch-dinner without waiting, because the lobby no longer fits, how long can you wait when they don't open on time, and nothing is ready there. the feeling of panic at the last echelon in the evacuation. And it's 5 stars!!!! And that's 20 thousand per day per person!!! not only is it tasteless, but you also run after this tasteless one!! after my complaint about diluting soups with water, they stopped doing this. but - instead of three soups to choose from, they began to give ... one! like that. They got out of it! Bravo!! It feels like the budget included food for 20 people, and then suddenly 200 arrived from somewhere. And so they pull the skin over the jelly. I've been to a lot of places in my life. I've seen everything. But I've never been treated to slop before!

We stayed at this hotel in early September.
The hotel is super, I liked almost everything....but: the mattress is very soft and hugs you on both sides))) plus the oilcloth on the mattress, which is a little hot.
An unpleasant situation occurred when we went to lunch, sat down at the table, started eating and the receptionist said that we should leave the dining room in the main building and go to the dining room that belongs to our building. What's the point?? Does the hotel have some kind of accounting?? Or would we have eaten them for two plates of soup?? As a result, the buffet is exactly the same in the main building and in the third building. It's just that the administrator turned out to be very principled. It didn't turn out very nicely, there was an unpleasant aftertaste

We are currently resting at this hotel. Pros: gorgeous sea, amazing territory, many places where you can sit in silence. We live in the new third building, there are no questions about the numbers, everything is fine.The bed linen is gorgeous, the bed is comfortable. Cons: Wi-Fi does not always work well, sometimes the electricity is turned off for a few minutes. Nutrition is a separate topic. There is little meat, the one that is is not very cooked (solid). It's a problem with desserts, personally I don't have enough cakes, pies. Basically, cupcakes are given and pies. Fruits are not very tasty, apples are sour, pears too. The most incomprehensible thing is that they spread, for example, cherries or watermelon, once, and if you didn't have time to take it, then that's it, they won't give you more. For a hotel of this level, I think that is unacceptable. And the worst thing is with coffee: there are three coffee machines! And none of them gives out coffee: they are constantly either broken or pouring milk with water.
I wish the owners of the hotel to fix all the shortcomings and then you can give the hotel a solid five!

We are currently vacationing in this hotel from 16.10.24 in a suite with a Jacuzzi (very strange, but all suites with a view not of the sea, but of the road ...ex). But despite this, everything is beautiful, good! The food is good, the choice is certainly small, alas, not abroad, but the food is delicious! Alcohol - champagne for breakfast, wine for lunch. Local production ...... Very amateur). If you really want to drink, then you can 😬😬😬, but it's better not to). Treatments, massages, inhalations, spa services, everything is very good! But for the grids on the windows, you probably need to leave a separate review. They just don't EXIST!!! In a hotel of this level, with local insects, this is simply unacceptable!!!! The owners of the hotel, have you ever thought about this?! Our child is 5 years old, allergic to mosquito bites, not only are there no nets, but also fumigators worth their weight in gold and those without liquid (they ran to the pharmacy for liquid), and at night I ran to the medical center to take mosquito ointment and save my son with something, he has terrible swelling from bites on the face and on the hands. In addition, at this time there are "stinky" bedbugs, ads everywhere around the hotel so that they are not touched, otherwise they stink, so they end up in the room without nets!!! THE HORROR!!! It's just DARKNESS! To spoil people's holidays with such trifles and just save on grids and radiators is a laugh and a shame! It strongly casts doubt on the future stay in this place, alas!
And the current hotel would like to come back here again. It's so beautiful, the embankment, the sea, the greenery and the trees are just amazing, but ....... Bugs and mosquitoes, it's..... 😱😱😱😱😱

We came to the hotel for the New Year. The hotel is very beautiful, Stalinist Empire style, with a large beautiful territory. The food is acceptable, but it's a little sad for such a chic hotel. There is a huge gym, an indoor swimming pool (the floor is well heated throughout the room). There are problems with the bathrooms in the second building, the real problem is to take a shower. This year we built another building, while we were not there. The Old Gagras themselves are beautiful. The colonnade, the Abbot, the park, Gagripsh are nearby. There are only a few food stalls outside the territory.

A remarkable SPA hotel. A very beautiful area, all planted with tall palm trees, cypresses, oleander and flowers. It's nice to walk through a small tropical park with fountains. A cozy and beautiful restaurant. They cook delicious food and serve it carefully. And they make great coffee at the bar. We visit every trip more than once. There is even "our" bench, on which we always take pictures.

The Amra Park Hotel & SPA has existed, as follows from the information on the sign, since 1953, the complex was built for a luxurious holiday resort of the party and government elite of the USSR in the style of the Stalinist Empire. The hotel is located on a huge picturesque territory with a large indoor wellness center and a swimming pool, a tennis court and a private beach, includes three residential buildings and several administrative buildings. The authentic buildings, sculptural compositions and solemn "palace" interiors, the fresh sea air, the territory surrounded by greenery, which is not inferior in diversity and beauty to the real botanical garden, are impressive. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are at a very high level, both in terms of quality and assortment. However, the restaurant staff does not always cope with a large flow of guests. But the hotel administration is working on this: literally on our arrival, an additional restaurant with a veranda overlooking the sea was opened in the 3rd building.
The 3rd building of the hotel is a modern 7-storey building, it was there that I was "registered". Of the two elevators, only one was working (but it was working). I think the second elevator will be repaired after my review. My room is on the seventh floor with a sea view. Bright, very spacious, perfectly clean, with a comfortable large balcony. The room has everything to fully match the class of the hotel.
The staff is friendly, smiling, hospitable.
Of course, I could list some of the disadvantages of the hotel, but for a completely comfortable stay here for a fairly affordable price, they did not seem critical to me.
I recommend the Amra Park-hotel & SPA for a carefree holiday on the purest sea and give it a solid five.

A wonderful complex At the moment, the hotel has been completely renovated and may well compete with similar ones in Adler. The undoubted advantage is its location in the historical center of Staraya Gagra and the first coastline with magnificent wide sandy and pebble beaches.
