We had a rest here with a group of friends. It's a very cozy place: dim lights, pleasant music, no smoking in the hall, which is a definite plus. The staff is very polite and not intrusive, special thanks to the waiter Daria for the speed and clarity of service. The cuisine is good, everything is delicious and fresh, drinks and desserts are also excellent. It is clear that the institution is trying to maintain interest! More customers for you!

One of the places that is pleasant to visit is quite popular. Despite the fact that it is located on the outskirts of the city of Vitebsk, there are no free tables on Friday) Absolutely everything we ordered is of excellent quality, delicious. Pizza, coffee, cocoa, julienne, vegetables, sauces, and more.... Chefs cook great. The atmosphere is pleasant. Not so long ago there were no tables for smoking visitors. Although they did not interfere with others, the hood works very well.

Once it was our favorite place with my husband, it was delicious to eat. Now the atmosphere and food in the cafe have changed a little bit not in our direction. But I give 5 stars, because we still found our dishes. They cook delicious, fast, the cafe is clean! Takeaway pizzas are delicious! We recommend it!

Let's start with the pros:
1. I ordered carpaccio and pasta... I couldn't start the pasta, I ATE TOO MUCH CARPACCIO (I love when you can eat this delicious thing)
2. Next, the pasta... the pasta is just 10/10 too, I was able to finish it, of course, the next day, but it was so delicious.

Cons: 1. there is a lot of cheese in carpaccio, this cheese kills the taste of the dish itself, there is an overabundance (photo from my TV channel)

Today I ordered a family pizza Amsterdam, earlier I ordered a smaller pizza - it was very tasty, it was simply impossible to eat this one: the lack of ingredients was replaced by a large (very large, inadequately thick layer) amount of salsa sauce, which is why the pizza is unbearably spicy! I was surprised by the presence of a seasoning similar in taste to the Galina blanca cube, death to the stomach, and not pizza.
The surprise for the family celebration was ruined. The kids are upset. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product, I will not order any more.
I recommended it to my friends earlier, it's a pity that you ruined the product.

We were celebrating a birthday. We booked a table in advance and without any problems, which pleased us. There were no questions about food. Everything was delicious. The waiter Valery was pleased: he was attentive to the service, brought food at the same time for everyone at the table, and kept the table clean. Maybe because there weren't a lot of guests, but it was nice. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of images in the menu. At least you could take a photo on the pizza. And the apparatus for making hot chocolate and cocoa drinks broke down (the waiters did not immediately warn for some reason), so the children were content with juice.

For many years we have been visiting this cafe with the whole family, and there is nothing to complain about...wonderful cuisine, cozy ... in Vitebsk, if you want to eat delicious-this is the only place! I decided to change the situation, I went to Nino with a colleague, I won't say too much, but it would be better if we didn't go, spoiled our mood and went hungry....the food is 100 years old, the service-there were no filth anywhere...On a 10-point scale-a score of 9!

The cafe is big, there is a lot of space. We ordered alcohol, pizza, salads. Guess what was brought first!!!! Alcohol!!! It's warm!!! I had to ask for ice. A polite waiter, with a tattoo of 13 on his neck, brought ice cream. And only after 10-15 minutes. they brought someone a salad. That is, I had to drink cognac without snacks, washed down with juice. It doesn't seem logical. Caesar salad was salty, maybe because of the cheese, maybe because of the sauce. The Amsterdam pizza is also salty, the tropicana was normal. The pot with pancakes, mushrooms and meat was very tasty, although it was kind of small. The balm was not available, although it was on the menu. The waiter is well done, with a tattoo on his neck, while pouring and removing excess dishes and garbage. Prices are above average, Soviet champagne is 20 rubles.

Three stars is a stretch estimate.
The food is very primitive, not tasty, cooked without a soul.
There is nothing boiled or steamed in the cafe, not everyone can /can eat fried.
On the table and sofas, traces of past guests (dried bread crumbs) are not pleasant. The table was booked in advance.
The sofas themselves are terribly uncomfortable (you fall low, your legs hang on the crossbar).
The Caesar salad left the worst possible impression
The most primitive salad leaves!Where's the romano salad or the iceberg? The sauce is clear mayonnaise, and the price of such a salad is 14 rubles. I do not remember about parmesan, so I do not take it into account.
Caesar is definitely not Caesar) why call it that if there is nothing in common with the original?
A beef cradle, something scary and definitely not like a cradle)
It is better to keep silent about other dishes. French fries look like

We decided to go to this institution based on the good reviews. A very questionable rating
1. The place is very clean, but the interior is about 2010, well, okay)
2. When we entered the restaurant, no one met us, the receptionist was standing near the bar and just looked at us. We had to approach her OURSELVES.
3. When we sat down at the table, the waiter just put down the menu and left (there was no question if we wanted to order something right away or maybe we needed help with choosing dishes/drinks (this is active sales so and so)
3. No ONE came up to us for more than 10 minutes, I had to look for a waiter myself.(There were few guests in the hall)
There are no questions about the dishes, everything is very tasty
The coffee is delicious, but if you order several servings on the table, they should be the same, and not poured into cups differently (and guests should be asked about cinnamon, and not added by default, this is an allergen)
4. When calculating, they did not give me a fiscal receipt (they did not even ask if I needed it or not)
Teach your employees to pay attention to their guests, smile and service (this is very important). Employees are the face of your institution!

Amsterdam salad a couple of years ago was a symphony of taste, sprinkled with pomegranate seeds, it was great.
Now I didn't even realize at first that it was the salad that was brought to me. There is no pomegranate at all, the raisins are small and dry... Not that at all.
And other dishes are similar. It is clear that the restaurant has to save money.

I really liked the fricassee, it was delicious and the salad was delicious, but while I was eating it, I thought it would have an interesting dressing and it would be easier, mayonnaise would not suit my taste, but I don't like just mayonnaise. My husband took borscht and a pot, said it was edible, but nothing unusual. From the sad - there is a restaurant in the crown shopping center and for my taste there is a terrible entrance, and terrible toilets, they ask for repairs and cleaning. In the restaurant itself, we were greeted as if not very friendly, I wanted at least a little smile, and love for my menu, I was confused when I asked about the dish, the waiter said - it's for an amateur, my opinion - it's not worth saying such things to visitors, it sounds repulsive, although I took that dish, because I love this combination products, but in fact the waiters are probably tired, they don't have the strength for cozy conversations, although all are young and very cute, by the time we left, they even seemed nice :)
