We were there from August 15-25, booked this hotel in winter, arrived early in the morning, although we check in at 14-00, asking us to check in earlier, so the administrator asked for 3000 rubles, arrogant, where do such amounts come from? They have everything there 2.5,3000, we went for a walk and waited in the wings,settled us at 12 o'clock,we were tired and hungry from the train,they don't care, I want to say about the territory, it's good, the pool is gorgeous, but the beach at the hotel is not about anything,very narrow and not neatly equipped,everything the territory takes over, breakfast and dinner are in the dining room, but it is monotonous, annoying, the workers are angry, their hands are in blocks and look like guards, so if you say I will come there again?, then no 2 times I do not like to go to the same place, but I recommend it to those who need a purely family relaxing holiday,then you go there, I give you 5 stars

We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. We were pleasantly surprised -cleanliness, order, very tasty and varied food, cleaning and changing towels every day, a bottle of water for everyone every day. The sea is nearby, the pool, the view is beautiful. There is a shop, a bar and a restaurant on site, they also cook very tasty food and prices are lower than in New Athos. We were very satisfied! The only drawback is when you turn off the highway to the hotel, the territory is not well maintained at all, although this is the case in many places. But it is good that Abkhazia is changing, it is very encouraging. Wonderful people, polite and hospitable.We are very glad that in comparison with 2016 (when we were there), a lot is already changing.

I rested with my mother in June 2023. I liked the place very much, it is secluded, there is everything you need, but there are few people, the rest turned out to be calm, as I wanted. There is a restaurant on the territory where they made simply magical khachapuri, I have never eaten such delicious ones anywhere. Prices are surprisingly affordable, lower than in cafes in New Athos, and the quality and taste are excellent. The staff is very friendly, the girls at the reception are always ready to help. In general, the impressions are only positive, I recommend it.

A VERY VERY BIG MINUS is the food and the dining room . Cooks work at a disadvantage and manage to spoil simple products. Boiled dried fish. Semolina porridge on water and a little milk. Oatmeal liquid as soup (1kg of Oatmeal 20p) buckwheat as mashed potatoes.Soup broth cubes of magee.Only eggs, bread, butter, jelly are delicious. A big minus is there is no dishwasher, some of the dishes are dirty. The result was that they got sick with rotovirus, they lived in cottages with a mattress, springs sticking out,pillows as if you were sleeping on cotton wool bushes,gray linen,leaky towels, cleaning, no one looks at the quality of Uzbeks. 1/3 buckets of water for 20 rooms.There is no cafe nearby on the territory of Solyanka 500r flies and wasps in the cafe and dining room, and yard dogs also walk and lick bitches ... or fighting. We are currently vacationing with my husband here since June 28th. I recommend the hotel. I'll start everything in a strand , the rooms are cleaned daily . Towels are changed 1 time in 3 days . As soon as it gets dirty, you can ask for them to be replaced. The water is cold, hot all the time.2 liters of still water are left in the room every day , the water is very tasty , by the way ! The food in the dining room is good , you won 't leave hungry . The pool is the cleanest . The staff is all friendly. Of course, if someone loves a party , then this is not for you here , but we love a quiet and relaxing holiday , we are delighted!!!!!!!

I don't know how, but we had a great rest, just super! Breakfast-dinner buffet, sitting on the outdoor veranda enjoying a pleasant breakfast and admiring the sea, which is twenty meters away from you! The staff is perfect, polite! If you don't like the sun, you can hide under the trees. You need to go somewhere, well, for example in Sukhumi, you call a taxi through the reception and you are on the spot in 20 minutes. They organize wonderful excursions, just top class!!!

The location is not very convenient, because you need to take a taxi to the city or catch a passing bus. But we initially knew about it, we wanted to relax outside the city. The food is for an amateur, just like in a regular dining room. There was not enough black coffee. We will come to this place to rest again.

We had a rest at the end of August with a large group of children! We were afraid to go to Abkhazia according to reviews, BUT! This hotel surprised me! The first line! Gorgeous clean area! A clean pool! The sea is gorgeous! The beach is also very clean, cleaned every day! New Athos and Sukhum are nearby - incredibly beautiful cities! Everything is very inexpensive, which pleasantly surprised me! The food in the hotel is for 3, they would add lunch in the main restaurant, the son of a picky man almost did not eat - that's the trouble, there would be French fries and a microwave - perfect! The staff is friendly! Room cleaning every day! The manager Murat Vladimirovich asks the wishes of the vacationers for improvement. There is a lack of children's animation, but our children entertained themselves. Looking ahead, the hotel plans to expand the territory and innovate. Well, what can I say about the hotel, at the moment I am here.
There is nothing for young people to do here at all.
At the first dinner in the dining room, you take a tray where you will put the plates, and it smells of dirty rags, and then when you have already eaten, you take it and see how a person wipes all these trays with a rag after washing. There is almost no variety in food , it 's hard to call it a buffet , only apples from fruits ! Those who have tried a good buffet strongly recommend not even going here. There is a bar on site, bottled beer, draft beer, one day we drank bottled water, then at night everyone ran to the toilet and lay down all day.
The sea is very close, this is a plus, but dirty, who swam in the clear sea will not come in
The pool is normal. There is no entertainment on the territory. If you go somewhere, then to new Athos itself.
As for the rooms, thank you that even though there are condos and they try to clean every day, there is a TV on which there are 4 channels. A teapot with mugs, but no spoons, is strange.
And most importantly, there are no cup holders for toothbrushes and AIR FRESHENER!
in short, I'm already tired of writing, I don't advise young people.

Porridge of 2 types on the water. 2 types of sausage, cheese, egg (on different days, then an omelet, then just boiled, there was no glaze), cottage cheese every other day, casserole. It's breakfast. For lunch there are 2 types of soup, one side dish, two hot ones, one salad. For dinner, one side dish, two hot ones, pastries (tasteless sponge cake with or without jam). They gave me watermelon a couple of times. In general, the hungry did not stay... but of course we got used to something else, by the end of the second week it was already hard. Wi-Fi is rotten like everywhere else in hotels. There was almost no room in the room, the area was normal. The room is excellent, in the second building. Cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly.

James (the beach worker) is a hard worker!!!I cleaned up the garbage from morning to evening. Trouble-free-you need to bring a chaise longue, it will not refuse.

The owner of the hotel is young, promising, cares deeply for the hotel and the staff speaks well of him.

We had a rest in July 2023. First, I got a room on the 1st floor in a cottage. We found it very uncomfortable, cool and damp. They asked for a change and we got a beautiful room on the 2nd floor with a sea view. It was nice to spend time on the balcony admiring nature. The beach is clean, but there are no lifeguards, at least they are not visible, the pool was very clean when we arrived. The food is of course simple, but very very modest, but delicious. There is practically no diversity. There is a shop on the territory, but wine is 3 times more expensive there than at the market in Sukhumi. There is a railway nearby, a passing train is always buzzing. Children aged 11 and 13 were bored.

Nutrition is a separate topic. It's dirty, it's not tasty as much as possible, we're not picky, but we couldn't eat there. Even the pasta was disgusting. I do not understand why you should sell a ticket with food if it is impossible to eat it. Rotovirus.... all the vacationers were sick. The sewer drains immediately into the sea, respectively, all the ensuing consequences. As a result, we went to a nearby hotel to eat, thank God that it is nearby. For adults, I would say the norms, nature, wine and the presence of a nearby hotel are taken out. And I probably wouldn't recommend it with children.

A strange combination- signs of comfort and outright devastation. Very cool pool, clean, warm enough (we were in early October). The food is quite monotonous, the cleaning also leaves much to be desired. Part of the territory is well maintained, there are fittings sticking out on the shore, pieces of concrete. There is a good play area for children, but the boards have rotted there and it is dangerous to let them go alone. It's a long way to Mount Athos.

We had a vacation in July 2023 with our family. I really liked the place. Its own separate territory, greenery, access to the sea, a nice swimming pool, a shop and two cafes on site. It reminded me of a vacation in a Turkish hotel, but without the "all inclusive". For Abkhazia, this is a great option for recreation. I recommend it to families with children.

I liked only the sea and the pool. The food is bad. The room (there was a house with a sea view) - the mattress is terrible! The springs are sticking out, it's uncomfortable to sleep. The pillow needs to be thrown away! The constant stench of musty bath water (provided the window is always open). I came for the first and last time.

In principle, I liked everything, for families with children, the most important thing is that they just want to relax, sunbathe and swim. The only disadvantage is to take a taxi to New Athos and the cheapest price for a 10-15min drive is 350 rubles, and there are few cars. Install the taxi of Abkhazia applications right away, you can link a card, which was very pleasant. There are a couple of cafes on site, you can spend a pleasant evening with a glass of local wine and national cuisine, not intrusive music. Bottom line: solid 4, I recommend it))

Well, I don't know what people cook at home, maybe crabs and steaks, of course not here, but we are very happy with the food. Simple delicious food. Yes, it's not a buffet, but everything is delicious and the portions are good. The rooms have a kettle and cups. There are always free sun beds. The pool is beautiful, so if the sea is stormy, then the pool is a wonderful alternative. I recommend this hotel, but young people will be bored here, there is no party at all.

We had a rest in July 2022. Among the advantages: the territory, good sea, few people, fairly clean rooms, a restaurant of national cuisine (for a fee) on the territory.
Cons: food, especially breakfast: how can you ruin an omelet? But the chefs of the hotel, unfortunately, succeeded... the broth from maggi cubes is also an unpleasant culinary discovery for me.
The absence of a dishwasher (dishes are washed by hand) ensures massive and rapid rotavirus infection of all guests.
If they change the cook or send him to culinary courses and buy a dishwasher, then it is quite possible to recommend this place, taking into account the price-quality ratio.

The territory is large and well maintained, a swimming pool for adults and separately for children with a playground. Of the disadvantages, there is one stall and only beer, ice cream and chewing gum in it, although paid parking is located on site. There is nowhere to buy fruits and something for children.
