Good afternoon, everyone. We rested with our family in this hotel on 07/08/2011. For 4 days of stay, no one ever came and threw the garbage out of the room + to everything, they never cleaned the room, even elementary to sweep. Regarding food, this is a separate topic. They really feed me shit. The rudeness is terrible ! The boy at the reception is rude, yells at the guests, says follow the chain of command, he does not understand that he was put here to work and solve problems, and not yell at the guests! Quiet horror !!! We're very unassuming, but it's just trash!!! How to survive 7 more days here! Let's leave earlier! The sea is dirty! The staff is rude and they don't care about anything! It 's scary to be in such an environment! Everything is old and scary!!! Be careful with the furniture. She is old and dead (if something breaks, they will ask you to pay. The price list and payment for broken furniture is right in the room. They prepare you right away, so that you don't have a shock later. The only normal person is the guard at the gate.

Hello everyone, we arrived at the Anakopia Club on 07/11/2021. I'll tell you right away about the cons, which are much more than the pros. So, the water is turned off in the hotel every day, it happens every day, which excludes the possibility of washing after the sea in the heat, as well as washing something, then the lights are turned off in the department, which leads to the shutdown of the air conditioner, respectively, in the heat of 35 degrees it is also unbearable without water.
The service is terrible, the rooms are dirty, they are not cleaned until you ask, and then we waited 5 days for the first time to wipe the floor and change towels and linen.
The food is disgusting, it feels like they are feeding slaves .... Soups without meat, second courses are mainly vermicelli, buckwheat and either a cutlet, stuffed pepper (minced meat cannot be called minced meat, there is not even a smell of meat, one carrot and spices) or a paper sausage. All the food is spicy and salty, the children of course stay hungry here. For breakfast, they give porridge, paper sausage and butter with bread.
Fruits and sweets are out of the question - they simply do not exist.
There is no light on the territory in the evening, the embankment is dark at 20 o'clock. The playground with slides is not functioning, as there is no water when descending from the water slides. In case of poisoning, the staff does not have any medicines. In general, the hotel is terrible, I do not recommend it.
One of the advantages is the interior: the sea, the pool, the beach, which is not a special merit of the hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel in any way.

3 stars only for the location to the sea, it's really very close.The rest is terrible:terrible cottages, with ants. Everything is worn out by life, room cleaning is not carried out, although they come in every day without knocking and do not even ask if the guest needs it at all. Food is a separate review to write. In short: there is nothing to eat there, except tea and coffee bags, prepare money for shops and cafes. The hotel staff walk around looking like everyone owes them something, especially the aunts in the dining room. The distance from the city of New Athos is only 5 minutes, but the hotel stands stupidly on the highway, there is no normal road, only a curb, minibuses rarely stop, taxis do not take cheaper than 200. Don't set foot in this place anymore.

We stayed at this hotel from 08/13/2021 to August 22nd. The rest turned out to be terrible. The coastline by the sea is littered with logs and branches and debris, it is unpleasant to go into the sea, in order to swim you have to swim far from the shore. The territory is full of dogs. We lived on the ground floor. We hung up our swimsuits to dry. The dogs stole them and tore them completely. The food is just some kind of mess, except for porridge in the morning and watermelon, the rest is just life-threatening, the menu is mostly faded pasta and not cooked disgusting sausages, and the rest of the food is terribly not tasty. The dishes are all badly washed.Everyone is suffering from intestinal infections in hotels, the ambulance came to us more than once. We had to eat in a cafe nearby or go to New Athos. There is a railway nearby, the noise from it at night is that the windows cannot be opened. There is dirt and ruin everywhere, there is no soap or shampoo in the rooms. You cannot drink water or brush your teeth with this water. Every day, the hotel administration has a crowd of vacationers asking them to take action, but they don't care, every evening and night they are drunk, only they are happy in this hotel. I do not recommend going to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel with the company from 01-07 2021.Having a lot of travel experience and, moreover, budget travel, I can say with confidence that the Anakopia Club hotel in New Athos is a disgrace to Abkhazia.It is a beautiful country with wonderful people, but such businessmen spoil all impressions.The rooms cry for general cleaning, the bed linen has not been changed once in a week, there is only one working toilet on the territory and then it is difficult to enter, interruptions with light and water, regardless of the weather, the beach is not well maintained, there are no garbage cans.From the stated-in general, I think nothing works.And nutrition is, in general, indescribable.Anyone who decides to go there, especially family ones, take money with you to feed them.The attitude of the manager and the admins, they don't give a damn about everything that happens.Vacationers constantly swear, but it's all ignored.We ourselves and our neighbors constantly heard how they dream of getting out of such a vacation as soon as possible) I have not seen this yet, so that people are waiting for the end of their vacation))) But there is one plus-this is a cafe on the territory of the hotel.Girls, Elena and Anastasia, thank you so much for your work!!! We were in June 2022.
The rooms are old and dull:
The doors in the room all close badly (bathroom, balcony) the entrance is completely crumbling.
The floor, the laminate is all blown away
TV shows 4 channels (2 of which are advertising products))))
The refrigerator is noisy (it is not possible to sleep)
There is a table on the balcony, as if from a garbage dump
Wi-Fi is very weak, almost none, it works very poorly.
The staff is arrogant, all the awkward questions pretend that they do not understand Russian.
The beach at the hotel is very dirty, the embankment is all destroyed and no one has been doing it since 2019.
The price for four people (two adults, two children) is 7200rubles per day!!!!, the service and the entire hotel do not meet this price.
The pool is large, but it's all dirty, they don't clean it at all (sand, leaves, etc.)
The food is basically normal, I can rate it at 3+, I can put everything else less than 1.
I was there in 2015, my memories were good, but in 2022 the hotel deteriorated, apparently the management changed and now the hotel is only filling its pockets, and the service, rooms, and territory are not improving, it is very sad. There are no animators 👎
It used to be much better!!!!

Today, thank God, we got out of this horror. Just a dump, not a hotel! We were settled in a wooden shed with scuffed and dripped floors, there was only 1 light bulb in the room from which the light was 0, in the evening they opened the door to the toilet and escaped with light from there, and so they shone a flashlight from the phone, small sheets on the beds that constantly move off cheap satin mattresses, the extra place is a complete trash (a cot with a worn-out you can't sleep with a mattress, you just sleep on a spring, you can say that one leg was constantly breaking), everything is constantly flowing in the bathroom, even if you wipe the floor, even if there is no water oozing from somewhere under the tiles, mold, ants, bedbugs everywhere. After reading the reviews of this year, we took a pemolux and a floor cloth with us and these were the most useful things on this vacation that we took! There is simply no table in the room! On the veranda there was some kind of cobbled together from the remains of building materials and 2 chairs (one old plastic, the second one was actually some kind of Soviet and the handle was constantly falling off). The food in the dining room is terrible, just like in a hospital it is possible to eat only pastries, tea is always half-baked, dishes are washed dirty. It was just disgusting to go into this canteen, let alone eat there. We went to get food and fed stray dogs (even stray dogs don't eat sausage and sausages, by the way). A paid cafe on the territory saved a little, but the menu there is very poor after 4 days I didn't want anything there. Well, I saved a small stall on the territory, you could always buy fruits, something for tea, yogurt for a child, etc. Many reviews say that the sea is clean there, do not believe it! The sea is clear there only from early morning until about 8 a.m. Then the waves rise that brought garbage (plastic bottles, bags, gaskets, and even feces) after lunch, it was just not cool in the sea, it even smelled like a cesspool. Right on the territory, a hose will be thrown blindly from the septic tank that leads to the sea! Naturally, everyone gets sick (vomiting and diarrhea) it's inevitable there!!! The beach is covered with driftwood, which by the way float endlessly on the sea and you need to swim carefully so that the log does not fly. They didn't even dare to approach the pool, the water is green and dirty. The territory is very dirty, there is garbage lying around, no one collects it. My daughter threw up, stained the duvet cover, went to the laundry to ask for a change, the laundress yelled at me, forced me to go and wash the vomit in the sea. I snorted, "kapets service!" I had to go and do it. Her friends reported that I was unhappy and she screamed at me that she would shove this duvet cover into my f**k right now. I saw one evening that this laundress was begging for compote from a girl at a distribution in the dining room to wash down the chacha. The linen is very dirty. Sometimes towels are brought and it seems that they just brought dirty towels from the next room, and our towels smell unpleasant to them. They dry it right on the street, something is lying on the ground (apparently blown away by the wind, but no one cares). The staff is all tortured and work seven days a week, hence the rudeness towards vacationers, it seems that the hotel owner just decided to squeeze money from this hotel this season and that's it! Only the administrators did not work, they are constantly on shift together and sit and play on the phone or watch TV. We left at night because the reception was stupidly closed, apparently we were sleeping. The key was given to the guard and that's it. Of the employees, I would like to positively note only the man who collects sun beds, he is the only one in my opinion who works at this hotel (he constantly runs around cleaning up something, then snags on the beach, then mows the grass, then rakes out garbage cans, but it is simply unrealistic to cope there alone). The power is also constantly turned off at the hotel, apparently they save money. Moreover, there is always light in the paid cafe. In general, there is a negative impression about Abkhazia, it is dirty everywhere. Athos is also a very dirty city, products are sold without bags of pastries and cheeses, everyone who walks by will smell, feel, and stuff it all! Ugh! In general, it seems worse to me only in the hospital. They looked with envy at those who were leaving. And thank God we left too! Hurray!

A cry from the soul! People who are currently planning a vacation, in no case are you considering the option of a vacation at the Anakopia club in Abkhazia. Now we are here, we have a ticket for 28.07. We are looking forward to the end. There was one big plus for us here, looking at which you could close your eyes to everything else - the sea is very close!!! Within walking distance. This is a big plus for me. But as soon as we saw the sewage drains in the sea, exactly where we swim, there were no advantages left from the rest at all. There is little pleasant, the smell on the territory is worth it, the locals claim that this is a gray-native source..... (((( Nutrition: pasta, rice, balanda in the form of soups, fruits are not at all, there is absolutely no food for children. For lunch, grated carrots with cabbage, sometimes a salad of tomatoes and bitter cucumber. Get ready to spend money on groceries (to buy them, you need to go to new Athos or to Primorskoye by taxi. The price of a taxi is 200-250 rubles.) There are a lot of complaints about housing, there is no animation. Do you want to spoil your vacation?

I was at the Anacopia Clab from May 30th to June 7th. With a 4-year-old son. Accommodation cost 20 t.r. with three meals a day. The food is honestly not ice. For the fact that there is a summer cafe on the territory, they ate there, cooked delicious, special thanks to Elena)) The room is standard and clean. However, there are a lot of ants, it's probably the same everywhere in Abkhazia. Of course, we were not lucky with the weather this year, Because we paid a lot of attention to excursions. We are currently enjoying the family at this hotel. We stopped by on July 6th. There are 5 of us. Today is July 14th and our room has never been cleaned or the bed linen changed. We went to this hotel on the recommendation of our grandparents, who had vacationed here before and more than once and were delighted. Then the owner of the hotel changed and apparently something went wrong... In the hotel, the kitchen is like in the camp, everything is portioned and almost painted, we take away the trays with plates ourselves, but even this did not bother me very much. But today there is no water in the morning and all evening from 6 o'clock. At the same time, the management is not bothered by this situation, people go to collect water from the pool. Like your problem is where to get water. I also want to note the frequent lack of electricity. Maybe it will be better for them from now on, but we decided not to come here anymore...

So I left the hotel and immediately started writing a review! So the pros: the sea is the first coastline, and the pool is not very clean! That's actually all about the pros! And now let's go through the minuses: the rooms are one solid mud! The balcony was not washed at all! Until you take toilet paper and towels from the maid yourself, you risk being left without them! I washed the floors in the room myself! And the most relish !!! When the boller flowed, I had to swim in icy water for a day, and when the master came to change it, he tore it off and the whole bathroom and corridor were flooded with rusty water! After that, he threw the towels on the floor, and as you guessed, no one changed them for me! Let's go on, the whole room was covered in hair! When we were put in one room, I will attach a photo, there was a broken bed, when I called the receptionist, he was very surprised along with the maids, then we were moved into another room! In the second room there was a little less mold and even the sockets almost held, there was less and less strength to swear further, so we were on the road all night! Let's move on... this is the dining room! People do not know what fruits and vegetables are there, there is only porridge, creamy margarine and a thin piece of sausage called "toilet paper"! For lunch, a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers is possible, for often it was a salad of cabbage and carrots, as well as for a week of staying in this heavenly place, I "really liked" a salad of boiled beetroot and fresh cucumber seasoned with mayonnaise! And you haven't tried sweet meatballs yet, it's something with something! And dry chicken is something with something!!! Wow, you'll lick your fingers! We escaped to a cafe on the territory where there was a shurpa, chicken soup and okroshka for 250 rubles per serving! Not ice, but still more edible than in the dining room! I'm going to dream about the woman's face at the food distribution for a long time! In general, I can talk a lot more… I left the hotel a couple of hours ago, emotions are overwhelming! For this super hotel 6 days for 2 adults and one child, we paid 32,400! The situation was aggravated by the fact that there was nothing nearby ! It was 6-7 kilometers to the city! So it wasn't much of a problem to buy groceries! I think that's what it's designed for! As for children's animation, there is no word for it at all, there are no discos! There are no trampolines! A pool with hydrogen sulfide water-no! Children's water slides - they just don't even take water into the children's pool! On day 2, I was poisoned (with stuffed peppers). They didn't have any pills, and if you get worse, then don't expect help from the boarding house (no one will call an ambulance)! The air conditioner did not work in the room for 2 days (at 34 degrees), a cockroach ran around the bed, and ants ran all over the room.The room has never been cleaned, bed linen and towels have not been changed! There are few hangers in the closet, when they wanted to boil water, they opened the kettle and found that there was rotten water in it, and ants were swimming in it! The toilet has probably never been washed in the bathroom! There was nowhere to dry things! When the weather turned bad at sea, it was impossible to enter the pool, because there was a terrible stench of chlorine from it, and the color of the water resembled a "SWAMP"!

I took a ticket to the hotel, I was placed in a marriage, which is not even on the photo of the hotel's website, they constantly turn off the water and light when leaving the hotel at night, they gathered with a smartphone flashlight as a result, they forgot the glucose meter.There is a manhole on the territory from where there is a drain into the sea, where vacationers swim.The rooms have a depressing state of plumbing and shelf mounting, curtains in the bathrooms, just behind the plastic walls of the void, screws fall out, in the room itself there is a 40 watt bulb, darkness, a suitcase on wheels must be carried at a decent distance in these miracle eco-cottages on the newly joined territory to the hotel, the paths are covered with crushed stone.The food is poor, the sunbeds are worn out.Among the advantages is the proximity to the sea, the territory of the hotel, which still remembers the good times, but everything is already crumbling, such as outdoor toilets, exercise equipment, a pool with hydrogen sulfide, children's slides, mismatched furniture in the dining room, the absence of part of the paving slabs on the embankment and lamps.

We had a rest with my wife from 07/06/2011 to 07/13/2011. We were led by wonderful photos and a rating on the website of the tour operator Biblio-Globus. In fact, unpleasant surprises awaited us, the picture completely does not match the description.
1. Restoration work is underway on the territory of the hotel, the playground does not work, the hydrogen sulfide spring is overgrown with moss, the sauna does not work. The beach is in a deplorable state. The sun beds are plastic, there are not enough of them and most of them are broken.
2. In the room, the TV showed only half of the image due to a black spot on the matrix. The kettle could not be used because the mains wire was snapped. The mattress on the bed was worn out and there was a complete feeling that you were sleeping on bare springs. Cleaning has never been carried out in a week.
3. 3 meals a day was declared as one of the services, but it was impossible to eat this food. The breakfasts consisted of tasteless porridge and a sandwich with inedible sausage . For lunch, soup was given, with a lot of veins, cartilage and skins. The second consisted of either paper sausages or minced meat dishes, which apparently forgot to add meat to the composition. As a result, throughout the rest there was a feeling of hunger or indigestion due to the terrible quality of the products. The tables were not wiped throughout the day. Because of this, by the evening the dining area turned into a huge colony of ants.
4. We received only excuses and empty promises for any requests to the staff. The same reaction was to the comments of other guests who constantly contacted the hotel administration with us.
5. During the entire holiday period, there was a multiple power outage at this hotel. There was no light on the day of departure and I had to pack my things in complete darkness, although the administration promised that everything would be restored, but in the end the light was only in the administration building.
Of the advantages, we can only note the presence of a good Wi-fi signal on the territory of the hotel and a clean swimming pool. (But its size did not match the number of people floating in it)

We stayed at this hotel from 06/14/2011 to 06/21/2011, ran away as soon as the opportunity presented itself. I will write back to Alean, why put up a photo of the hotel from 8 years ago.
The hotel just causes the most terrible emotions, it's been a long time since I've seen such dirt and devastation, the toilet stinks and dirt that sometimes it's not even possible to wash, I've never seen such dirty toilets in my life either (photo). In principle, I will never get used to dust and when I come to rest, I have rags, I can always wash, but serious cleaning is needed here and when entering the room for the first time I don't really want to wash someone else's hair. However, after the remark, the room began to be cleaned, towels were always immediately changed upon request. The playground is in a trashed state, the child got dirty with paint, some kind of excavations were conducted before entering it (as they arrived, they were conducted and I think it will be so until the end of summer).
Food is generally a separate conversation- it is not possible to eat it, many complained and swore with the chefs, tables and trays are not washed at all, they stink terribly, it is disgusting to take all the greasy ones in your hands.
Drunken grandparents dance until 4-00 in the morning to a chanson that screams so that you can hear it in a nearby hotel. In general, this is not a three at all, this is the BOTTOM. This is the 3rd time in Abkhazia, and in general, the experience of holidays in different countries is great, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, look at the photos and decide for yourself, but for this money you can find a bunch of wonderful hotels in Abkhazia 🤗

It's a disgusting club. It doesn't even smell like a club. Of the advantages, there is only a swimming pool, the sea is nearby and houses are more or less nothing. The rest is a minus. The food is disgusting, the staff who work at the club is polite, except for the administration. There is a cafe on site, they cook very tasty, special thanks to them.
