There is no communication at all with them, only the e-mail from which they wrote to me. But no one is answering anymore.

It's a great place. For Abkhazia, of course, the price tag is a little higher than in other places, but relative to Russian prices, this is something. Private beach, beautiful views, lots of entertainment on site. The only disadvantage is the bad road at the entrance, it is difficult to drive on low cars. We lived in wooden houses, we really liked it.

A magnificent hotel. Wonderful staff! Everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are well maintained, bed linen and towels are changed frequently. Private gated area is great for families. A free beach without a crowd of people (it was very important for us) with sun beds. Incredible cuisine and service. Everyone is kind and friendly. The territory has everything you need! A wonderful place!

A boarding house for family holidays. I was there for 11 days from June 26 with two girls aged 11 and 14. The water in the sea is warm, the beach is large pebbles, sun beds and beach towels are free, wooden aerariums with soft mattresses on the embankment, there are a dozen steps between the beach and the embankment. There are no neighbors nearby (boarding houses), the territory is fenced, guarded. At first, it was scary to let the children go for a walk alone, and then I see that children of all ages are happy to run around the entire territory until dark and longer.
It's wonderful for children there. The food is of high quality. You can choose from two first, two second, baked vegetables, salad, pastries. Everything is delicious. The staff is very friendly. This is a special thank you to the girls in the dining room, it was nice to eat with them. Beslan, Karina, this is the administration - well done. There's some kind of homely atmosphere there. We had a triple room, a large room with air conditioning.The conditions are normal, everything that was supposed to be, but you don't have to go there picky and moody. The on-site restaurant of Abkhazian cuisine is not expensive and delicious. For fruits, the nearest bazaar in New Athos is a 10-minute drive away. We went on excursions and enjoyed it very much. And most importantly, the people of Abkhazia are proud, friendly people. The brutal war with Georgia and the difficulties of their current life did not embitter them. My girls did not want to leave and are going to rest there next year only.

Hello. We are currently vacationing at this hotel. To say that it's bad here is to say nothing. Terrible hotel. The nutrition is such that neither a child nor an adult will be able to eat. An adult and a child simply cannot eat everything peppery and not tasty. The rooms are dirty, the bed and towels are stained. One thing is good, the territory, the pool and the sea. The food is saved by a local stall with various products. The staff will not do anything until you express your indignation, the administration responds to any request quickly, but the service is zero.

Abkhazia is Abkhazia .beautiful nature . We admired spring Abkhazia in the middle of March, spent the night in anakopia. Since the off-season housing prices are pleasant , we lived in 2 local wooden houses .warm. minus the disgusting beds and mattresses, there is a problem with the floors in the toilet.but it's not critical yet.

We were there in the summer of 2017. This is a detached hotel, you need to get to the city by car. On the positive side, the beach is clean and there are free ski slopes, there is a playground for children. Of the minuses, the constant interruptions of the cafe, they feed only on coupons without any problems. The rooms have a good layout, BUT the sheets are multicolored, there is mold in the tile seams, when it rained, water gushed from the ceiling into the room through the fire alarm sensor. The conclusion is that there are problems with the roof and the fire alarm is not working. There is very little available in the cafe, you take the menu and try to guess from the list. The rest is so-so on 2 out of 5.

The place is high. In silence, but it's not difficult to get to the sights.
We were in April, almost nothing worked, but the staff was very pleased -they helped at the first request, there were minor flaws in the room -everything was immediately fixed. They are very friendly.
The territory is excellent, the beach is right under the windows, a huge Playground.
One of the disadvantages is bedbugs, but this is not the problem of this hotel, but of the entire region, as far as we understood.

From the positive: the view from the window is the sea, palm trees. The room is clean, everything from the stated is there. In general, everything pleases, if not for one "but". Guys, if you don't need the Internet, this place is great for relaxing. But if you want to get in touch with the outside world, there is a single island - a reception desk, because WiFi is only there. By the way, those who still need the Internet are quite a lot, and people are hanging in clusters on this counter. Therefore, if you come here, download books and movies at home, it is almost difficult to do this here.

Pros: low prices in the off-season, 30 steps to the sea, private beach, cozy houses, private Parking.
Cons: if you are traveling for the first time, it is extremely difficult to find a hotel, because a broken and almost imperceptible exit from the highway leads to it, you can only navigate by the banner. If you arrive at a later time, do not expect to have dinner. Rusty water in the toilet and sink. The girl at the reception can leave and close the door - and not find her.

This place is even worse than the cheap one. Shoals:
- They didn't give me a reserved house for my big family, they put me in two rooms on the third floor.
- The keys to the rooms were not immediately found either.
- The food is pretty dull.
- The sea is dirty, the gastric special effects have picked up.
- Nightmarish parties with a teenager who sees a mixing console for the first time and turns everything around.
It feels like they once tried to make a cool place, then abandoned it and are trying to suck out more money. There are much nicer places.

Now a lot of houses have been built, there are more people, which means there is also noise. The kitchen is not up to par. But the Apache on the territory is cool and delicious.
