I would like to express my gratitude to every employee of Aspendos Anadolu Hospital. My 4-year-old son's temperature rose to 39.3. According to the insurance, we were taken to the hospital in 10 minutes. A Russian-speaking girl immediately met and conducted an instant registration, immediately took her to Laura according to complaints. I was nervous, I didn't ask her name, I remember that she was a beautiful girl with long dark hair, she calmed and encouraged me. At that time, it was vital for me. The next day I met her in the hallway, she asked how the child was, she was aware of our analyses, explained to me the further development of the situation. I am very grateful.
Ent is a great doctor and a gorgeous woman Dr. Serap güralp.
I did an examination with sensors, immediately made the correct diagnosis, prescribed a good antibiotic of the third generation, cleaned my ears, and was taken to the emergency room by the handle. They took all the tests and took me to the ward. The ward is above all praise, huge, individual, has all the amenities: shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bed with lifting mechanism, the room has an additional sofa and a dining area. 3 meals a day, two huge portions and really delicious food. Bottled water, tea/coffee/cream are brought. Perfect cleanliness in the room. I was pleasantly shocked by the attitude: every person from the staff smiled, calmed, encouraged, a lot of people came up several times a day, checked the temperature, did saturation, ivs. The nurse Hemsire gizem altıntaş very professionally put a catheter on a crying child in one second, smart girl. A pediatrician and our gorgeous ENT doctor visited us several times. The next day, the child's blood tests turned out to be bad, we were not discharged, no one is trying to get rid of the patient, on the contrary, they explained everything with a friendly attitude, left for further treatment. With such a professional and kind attitude towards patients, it's not scary to get sick at all.
The hospital also has a cafe, tea/coffee/sweets/cookies/water tube.
I was also surprised that no one kicked anyone out of the ward, my husband and I were alone, we left the ward at any time, took turns drinking coffee, going to the pharmacy, taking a walk - no one forbids, and it's very comfortable.
In fact, real magic happens in the hospital. I thank all the staff for your attitude and your professionalism. We will remember you with kind words for a very long time.

The crown was loose and needed to be fixed with permanent glue. Since there was nothing closer, we came here on the advice of the hotel staff. There is a Russian-speaking staff. For a doctor's consultation (it was not needed), they billed 215 euros, the work with the picture itself was 35 euros. The whole procedure took 15 minutes. They assured me that this was a normal price. They didn't do it very well, but it holds up, so 2 stars, not one, 1 week warranty.
Then we clarified, in dental clinics in Anatalia (40km to go), such a procedure is 30-50 euros. In general, study first, then make a decision.

I strongly advise you not to come here for an insured event. Except for the escort in Russian (2 very tired and rather annoyed ladies) everything else has a minus sign, you have to wait a very long time for everything.
Practically no nurses speak English, and in the evening (and accordingly at night) there is no pediatrician in the hospital. It is impossible to talk to the pediatrician himself even on the phone.

We had an operation at this clinic. Insurance ($30 deductible). The doctor of Saida Mammadli did everything carefully, speaks Russian, explained everything before and after. It's just a terrible hospital. We had insurance service, but we came three times. Literally nothing was done to us for all three times, although we had to wash our ear, because the hotel doctor sent us there for this very purpose. The staff is disgusting, all the women behave obscenely and completely inappropriate. If you come up and ask something, you will get ignored in response, or they will tell you to sit in the hallway. Every trip to the clinic turned into 3 hours of sitting in the hallway. If there is an opportunity not to come here, do not.

It just so happened that on vacation in Turkey, my child (1.5 g) became ill-the temperature was under 40, did not lose anything, could not swallow food normally. According to the insurance number, a car was sent for us, which brought us to this place. Two Russian-speaking women for the entire clinic. There is a long queue, it took us about 1.5 hours to process the documents. If Turks came, they were allowed in without waiting in line. They did an unnecessary X-ray, they didn't give a conclusion about it, we don't even know what's on it. They put a drip on for 5 hours, then released it. According to the tests, they said it was some kind of virus, prescribed antibiotics and released. There is no transfer to the hotel under our insurance, but taxi drivers are standing next to the hospital. A 15-minute drive to the hotel, we were charged 700 lira with a check-in at the pharmacy.
I noticed that everyone who came here with children was on a drip, for tests and many for X-rays. Apparently, they're trying to shake money out of the insurance company like that. In general, a normal clinic. It is only unclear the purpose of an antibiotic for a viral infection

It so happened that our vacation in Turkey ended a couple of days earlier than expected. My baby has a fever of 40 or more. At first they thought that he was overheated and tried to bring down the temperature, but without success and had to go to the hospital. I cried all the way in the ambulance, anticipating the upcoming events. It was early morning. The ambulance crew took us from the hotel in just 10 minutes. They were already waiting for us at the hospital and after the examination they immediately took us to the ward. Even downstairs, Dr. Alkim Beyhan examined us and took all the necessary tests. Treatment was started immediately. All the medical staff tried to calm down and willingly explained everything, tried to help in everything. The room is newly renovated and overlooks a beautiful garden. The room has air conditioning, a sofa, a medical bed, a TV, a shower, a refrigerator, huge towels, a wardrobe, a bedside table for a suitcase, as well as all the necessary medical equipment. The nurse's girls ran in to take the temperature several times during the night, trying not to wake the baby. The food is very good. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and also bring a thermos and tea, coffee and cream after breakfast. Translators are like swallows outside the window, scurrying between patients, doctors and nurses. They also try to help in everything. Everything is perfectly clean. Cleaning in the wards and linen change is daily and very high quality. The work of the team is very professional and well-coordinated. Please note the head of this hospital of the following employees: Dr.Dilara Nesip, Dr. Alhim Beyhan, Zeynep Bosyryrt, Lotfiye Akil, Kubra Boncuk, Perihan Gelik Yildiz,Ayse Kus, Nevzat Kaya, as well as Ilmira and Oksana....... It 's better not to get sick . They were taken to the hospital , the child is suspected of pneumonia . There are a lot of people , before this incident , I did not think that insurance was used so often . People in the corridors are angry , they fight with doctors through one , everything is long . One woman is an intermediary between insurance companies and doctors for the whole crowd . Today is the second day, we still don't know what the test results are, the doctor still hasn't come up.
I accidentally talked to a local girl, she arrived with kidney inflammation, said that she had paid 5,000 lira for an X-ray and more than one doctor did not come to her for several hours of being in the corridor with pain. I had a fight with the doctors and went to the state polyclinic . I believe her, because we need to go and adjust everyone. It's sad that even for that kind of money, the service is bad.
At the coffee shop, we bought tea with a chocolate bar, the girl first announced one cost, and then while we were standing, her supervisor came up and the price immediately changed downwards. It looks like she wanted to earn money . In Russia, I would solve these issues in a private clinic in an hour.

I would like to mention this place separately, unfortunately it happens that on vacation you have to go to the doctors, in my case, while playing football, I tore a ligament of the calf muscle, I thought everything was fine on vacation, since it happened on the second day of arrival at the hotel... but the specialists of the medical center helped. The center is clean, the staff is polite, some employees speak Russian, everything is convenient enough. There is a water cooler, air conditioners everywhere, wheelchairs if needed. There are specialists in all problems at the center.

Regarding the previous posts, "finding a vein" in children is not so easy.Even an experienced honey.the staff is not always able to cope with such a task.We got to this hospital on insurance, the transfer there was free, we got back to the hotel (10-15 minutes) by taxi for 55 bucks!!!(ripped off by the drivers, well, God is their judge) there was no time to look for other cars, the child was after IVs, not before that..The child had poisoning (rested at the Green Max 5* hotel)They provided high-quality help, took a general blood test (after several hours it was already ready), pumped it, and after examining the doctor, they released him.They really didn't give me an extract, this is a big minus!!!(tricky ones)they said it was only on the computer...they only printed out a blood test and prescribed an additional one.prescribing medications.Thanks to all the medical staff!The pharmacy opposite this clinic has super overpriced prices for everything!!!As soon as they see a tourist, their prices soar 5 times!if you need to buy medicines, then this is definitely not the place.

It so happened that on vacation in Belek, my daughter (10 years old) grabbed a rotovirus! According to the insurance, 30 minutes after the call, a car with a medical worker arrived and was brought to this hospital! They immediately accepted, questioned everything, took tests and put it on treatment! There was no language barrier, a Russian-speaking employee was right next to us, translated to the doctor and kept us informed of the treatment!
The conditions are wonderful, a separate ward, all amenities and cleanliness! The staff is very polite and helpful! Many thanks to all the staff of this hospital!

A terrible place, a business for extortion. It all starts with a blood test at admission, even an adult cannot get into a vein, three nurses dug out his wife's entire hand, a doctor came and was able to take blood. Next, 5 times the amount for each step compared to Moscow. They informed us that the insurance was not working, and they did not let us out of the clinic until you paid as much as they wanted, and the taxi driver arrived and they told him not to take us, he turned around and left. As a result, they left on foot, sent the bill to the hotel and did not let us out until we paid it. Upon arrival in Moscow, I asked the Turks who rented an apartment from me, they confirmed that this "place is very expensive, but not a single person has been cured there yet." I do not recommend 100%!

According to the result of the examination, they prescribed what the local doctor prescribed, the day was wasted. The clinic is focused only on money, or maybe they have such a bottom medicine. I recommend not to waste time on this clinic. And yes, for 6 hours of being there, they never fed.

I was so afraid that the anesthesia would go away and my gums would hurt a lot, but no! I didn't even have to drink painkillers once! They pulled it out perfectly, they were never so lucky in Russia... many thanks to them! Thanks also to the translator Oksana! Everything is prompt and to the point! In addition to me, there were three other Russian-speaking patients in the hospital, all were treated! And today I was removing stitches in Russia, so the surgeon said that everything was done perfectly! He said that they also messed with the type of seam, but I was pleased to hear that!
