I am shocked by the work of Anatolia Side Hospital! This "hospital" is engaged in outright deception, billing for services that they did not provide.
My child was teething, had a high fever, and they called an ambulance from the hotel reception. We were taken to this hospital, where we immediately realized that we could make money from anxious parents. After I refused paid hospitalization and wrote an official refusal, 5 months later they sent me a bill for tests that no one had done! Moreover, the hospital simply does not respond to my letters with questions, but instead sent my "debt" to a collection company so that money could be extracted from us.
The most important question is, where did they get my child's tests from if no procedures were performed? This is pure fraud! As a mother, I have no intention of letting this go unpunished and have already turned to lawyers. I am also ready to file a collective accusation against the activities of this pseudo-hospital.
Even the collectors who contacted me were shocked by their "work." Beware of this place if the health and safety of your family is important to you!

An adequate hospital, many doctors of various profiles. There are female administrators who help translate (German, Russian). The doctors seem to speak only Turkish.
We visited the pediatrician Kamer Demirci with a child of 1g 1 month. Overall, the impression was good. Of the cons: I'm still not sure that prescribing an antibiotic was not superfluous. The examination took place calmly, quickly enough, and tests were scheduled. Unfortunately, according to the results of the tests, it was not possible to ask questions to the doctor - the receptionist simply took out the examination protocol and a prescription for medicines. She also commented that "since the reactive protein is high, an antibiotic is prescribed" (16.5 reactive protein is not too high at all and rather indicates the viral nature of the infection).
I also came to Laura Onur Pakır with a sore throat. Everything is fast and to the point here. Antibiotics were not prescribed, they said there was no need.
I definitely liked it here more than in the private practice of Dr. Ugur Yilmaz (in relation to the doctor for the child). But in general, you need to understand that it is difficult to find an ideal doctor acting on the principles of evidence-based medicine at the resort.

We got to this hospital with a two-year-old child from the hotel on insurance.
Prolonged and incessant vomiting, it was impossible to solder myself, we decided with my husband that we needed an IV.
A transfer arrived from the hospital to the hotel for us, everything was organized by the insurance manager on the hotline.
Upon arrival at the hospital, we were met by a Russian-speaking girl, all services with the insurance company had already been agreed in advance. We filled out the questionnaire and after 10 minutes the child was examined by a doctor and prescribed tests and an IV. The catheter was inserted into the baby's vein carefully and from the first time. We were escorted to a comfortable room where we were alone. My husband stayed with us, no one was against it. At 2 a.m. they started dripping and finished at 7. My son was asleep the whole time. I woke up cheerful in the morning.
We were escorted back to the emergency room and given a discharge and prescribed treatment. Of course, we did not take antibiotics, which we were prescribed allegedly for a bacterial infection in the intestine. I consulted with my pediatrician from Russia and she said that these are symptoms of a rotovirus, not a bacterial infection. With rotovirus, an antibiotic is not needed. We returned to the hotel, for a couple of days I gave the baby more Adiarin and Smekta and everything returned to normal.
Bottom line: the hospital is wonderful. The staff is polite. The conditions in the wards are good. First aid was provided quickly and professionally, for which we are very grateful to them!

I have been to this hospital twice under Russian insurance. There are translators, but everything is sooo long. A doctor's call, confirmation from the insurance company for each analysis and manipulation. I've been waiting for confirmation for a very long time. As a result, they put a catheter in my arm, I sat for 3!!! an hour with him in Vienna, before confirming the blood collection for analysis, as a result, the insurance company approved only one analysis. The diagnoses are incorrect, respectively, the treatment is also incorrect. As a result, a hematoma on the arm, the necessary help was not provided in both cases. I had to call my doctors at home and consult with them about the right treatment. As a result, I was cured, but without the help of Turkish doctors. A waste of huge personal time.

The child in the hotel started having something rotovirus ( vomiting , fever ) for 1.5 days , I waited , I see he is not on the mend and went to the doctor at the hotel ( we contacted the insurance company together ) they called a doctor and examined us in 5 minutes (and after 25 minutes we were already waiting for Coreta to the hospital) there are about 40 minutes of paperwork, payment of a deductible of $ 30 - confirmation of insurance - then they immediately put a catheter and took blood and within 1 minute they transferred to the ward (the ward is spacious, for us alone ) everything is in the ward, even slippers ) shower toilet ( they bring very tasty food) the doctor is very competent! They recommended staying until the morning ( to make sure that the baby is doing well ) He worries that vomiting may start again at night and he will have to go to the hospital again !
We decided to stay the night here! Being under the supervision of doctors ( it is required to take a call for analysis to identify what kind of infection it is ) in general, I consider it a very worthy hospital !

They got to the hospital quickly after the medical center at the hotel, took tests, did an ultrasound, put a catheter, ivs, the approval was no more than 30 minutes, spent a day in the hospital, the ward is normal, the food sucks, the child is 7 years old, there was severe vomiting, everything passed, they gave all the recommendations, in general, except for food, there is nothing to blame and they drove them back in their own car, paid $ 30 for the franchise, a lot of people from the staff speak Russian, the attitude is quite friendly!

We were on an insured event with two children of 2.9 and 6 years old.
Everything is long in the hospital itself! If there is a deviation in the health of children under 7 years of age, you should immediately sound the alarm, and not wait for a cunt. (strictly my personal opinion)
At night, the child 2.9 started vomiting, cannot take medications, immediately vomits. Consequently, dehydration occurred.
At 9 a.m., we contacted the insurance company via WhatsApp and, after confirmation, took a taxi to the hospital.
Two not very skilled nurses tried to put a catheter in a 2.9-year-old child, they did not get into a vein - they did not even take a blood test. They gave me an antiemetic injection and let me go. They refused to be hospitalized.
By evening, the temperature rose to 39, which did not go down for more than an hour. In the morning after the conversation, the insurance company sent a car. This time, the young man put the catheter on the table professionally, which took me aback. Almost immediately they were transferred to the ward, where they left with their mother and installed an IV.
In the evening, my daughter started vomiting, immediately went to the insurance company.
They accepted, issued and left everyone for the night. They were all placed in the same room. Out of necessity, he calmly left the hospital, calmly came - no one was particularly in control, not like we have a grandmother on watch...

This is not a clinic (hospital), but some kind of madhouse. There are no doctors, absolutely. That is, hotels work with them, they bring patients, after that, they call their doctors. The doctor can drive for 2-3 hours. The doctors themselves do not.
When we were there, the little child was ill, lost consciousness, the mother is crying, but no one cares. The mother cries with convulsions and begs for help, but no one even comes up, except for the sick themselves, tourists. The employee (Russian-speaking) waves her hands and says: we are waiting for confirmation from the insurance company, after that we will call a doctor and it is still unknown whether she will arrive! There are no DOCTORS!!!
A lot of people (tourists), most with sunstroke, everyone is sick, but no reaction from the staff. Everyone is busy with their own business.
Even if you die, you know - they won't even come to you!

A very good modern hospital, with modern equipment, good doctors, nurses come on demand, ivs, injections are done painlessly. My husband was lying with a stroke, the diagnosis was made quickly, all the necessary examinations were carried out. The only thing is the difficulties with insurance, for each action the hospital requests permission from the insurance company, and only after that it can conduct the necessary examination, so time is lost. Russian Russian translator is available, so there was no language barrier, and some of the nurses at the reception also understand a little Russian. My husband was lying alone in a huge room, where there was a special bed for the patient, a sofa for an escort (if you want to spend the night, they will give you bed linen), a TV, a refrigerator, a separate toilet with a shower.
