I love this room. Although it is crowded, although there is no sauna, but it is always friendly and friendly. Responsive coaches, there are a lot of them - to achieve any tasks and goals. A lot of simulators.

The coaches are cool, but I take off two stars for ergonomics. It is inconvenient to leave the keys to the drawers, water bottles or some other things in the hall itself, it is stuffy, then cold. The locker room is sooooo small, it's cramped when several people change clothes - it's very uncomfortable. There was a periodic lack of paper in the toilet, even as a necessary minimum. Something more like a napkin in the locker room or a hair band, in case you forgot, there is no such thing. In winter, it's generally kind of tinny, because everyone goes to the locker room in shoes, it's dirty and slushy, and you change into dirty shoes or someone goes barefoot to the shower. There is nowhere to hang jackets, you can't cram a large winter down jacket into the closet, there is no separate closet in the locker room for outerwear. There is a hanger at the entrance near the reception, but it is crowded, and the administrator is not always in place, that is, if desired, you can put a jacket on. In general, you can walk, but it's not very convenient. And the coaches are professional, everything is drawn to them

In principle, a great hall! But there are, of course, some points that need to be worked on. The music is very quiet - you can hear the gym equipment creaking and other gym patrons puffing. You either need to lubricate the simulators, or buy normal speakers, because they play almost like computer squeakers. I did not find the scales, but I was assured that they were hidden somewhere at the entrance. There are 3 simulators that simulate skiing (I haven't seen them anywhere before), I wanted to try them out, the coach said that he didn't figure out how they work, apparently, you need to charge the batteries))) The hall is stuffy, one window is open under the ceiling, the air conditioning is not turned on. It smells slightly like a Soviet state hall, there are so many cameras that you can accidentally knock them down when doing exercises. The shower and toilet are not perfect, the passages in the locker room are narrow. The receptionist is a mature aunt, she carefully showed where the locker room was and closely watched the training. WiFi is good and password-free...

I don't understand where the bad reviews come from and the desire to lower a couple of stars just for not giving a hair band at the reception or not guarding your outerwear))) A great hall, very sincere! There are no people at ALL during the day, it's a pleasure to practice! There are more in the evening, but without queues, which is rare in peak season.
The prices are more than comfortable. And with all kinds of discounts for regular customers (which I am) - generally pennies!
The simulators are good and I periodically observe new ones (from the last update, a crossfit sled with an artificial track, such a simulator is generally rare). There is a free area with mats for stretching, for example, and with a bunch of additional equipment.
In general, the best gym in the Sukharevo area for your money!
I also note the loyal attitude of the management for regular customers, they always go to a meeting, they are disposed to dialogue.
Well, briefly about the staff: the coaches are pros! They are very active, always on the case, but they will not refuse help.
And the girls at the reception are cheerful, they will answer all questions and requests, make delicious coffee and always support the conversation with a smile)

The price is the same as in the center, near Nemiga and all over Pobediteley Ave. In general, find something better, I advise you. The shower room is worse than your grandmother's.

I've been practicing for more than 3 months:
1. The air conditioners do not work, you could only worry about the influx of fresh air by opening the windows., but this unfortunately interferes with others. And they can be understood ...
2. Boorish attitude on the part of the staff (except coaches).
3. Broken Chinese exercise equipment, the leg cushion is falling through, the back pull is rolled to one side. A Soviet simulator with uneven cable tension and self-made welded handles
4. The price is higher than in other gym chains. In the previous gym, where I worked for 2 years, the price is 20 percent lower. That's how Hammer Strength equipment is there.
I went because of the location, but there is a limit to everything: I'd rather go further, but cheaper, with better equipment and with an adequate attitude towards the client, and other buns, in the form of towels, a clean shower and antiseptic at this time. These buns are not so important to me, but the constant blackmail of losing the discount led me to write the first negative review in my life.
