The hotel is conveniently located. There are many shops, cafes nearby and not far from the center. The hotel itself is not bad. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily. The staff is friendly. The only drawback is the shower without floor limiters, without a pallet. It just pours straight onto the floor and there is no slope, so the water is on the floor in the toilet all day,
The breakfasts are delicious. There is a swimming pool, but it does not work. They're probably cleaning it.

The rooms are in terrible condition. The cleaning service is running out of steam, the toilet is dirty, the bed linen is not changed, and cleaning has to be repeated every time. One of the bed linen is completely torn, the dishes in the room are dirty and stained, the armchairs and carpets are all stained. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, which has a broken wire and it is logical that it is not working. They asked to clean the shower-toilet because the floors were all covered in hair and dust, they only cleaned it 2 times, they said they forgot to wash the floor) 1/10 staff work

It's not bad enough for this price. But if you choose a hotel, then you need to take into account that breakfast is very late. It starts at 7:30. It's late for business trips, as the working hours start at 8:00.

A three-star hotel. I booked the room in advance, but at the same time it was not ready for my arrival, although it arrived a little late. Then they cleaned the room in a hurry when I was there, maybe they couldn't clean it properly. There was hair everywhere on the floor, on the furniture. The bed linen was stained, I asked to change it for others. The repair is a little tired.
On the plus side, fast Internet connection. The breakfast is generally good and the bed is comfortable.

we settled in a group, rented 8 rooms, the rooms are large, but already tired. there was an unpleasant incident, we booked a conference room, but did not use it, because there is no projector, TV. Nothing is simple. but they forced us to pay. despite the fact that we said that we would not stay the second night. the cost of renting a conference room is 800 thousand soums (~$60) versus 2.4 million soums per room ($200)

I really regretted that I chose this hotel.
The staff, it seems to me, work for "fuck off".
Although the rooms are well renovated, the interior is very dirty conditions, white towels have turned brown, the carpet is dusty and dirty. The chairs are dirty and it is unpleasant to sit, because there are some dried droplets of human fluid.
The bath stinks, I had to leave the ventilation on all the time. The water goes very badly. Someone's long hair got stuck apparently(
The shower is not working, broken, the water just flows down like a stream. You need to wait 10 minutes for hot water. They promised to fix it, but they didn't fix it.
There is no hair dryer in the bathroom.
The room has never been cleaned.
The windows don't open - there is an obstacle. The windows themselves are dirty, you can barely see the street.
The glass and mugs in the room are terribly dirty, as if cement was mixed in them.
Disposable spoons are listed as reusable, scratched and dirty.
At the entrance, the reception stinks of sewage.
There is no refrigerator.
In general , do not believe any photos and positive reviews .
The hotel is the most miserable and terrible.
For this money, you can find another hotel with good conditions.
I put 1 star. Because the breakfast is good.
The chefs are trying very hard. Well done.

10 min walk to the market.
We checked in with a delay of 20 minutes, despite the fact that we arrived later. The room is smoky, the window does not open. Some of the rooms are being renovated. The carpet in the hallway is all dirty. The maids use the common elevator despite the presence of a service one.
