We stopped at the Anita Dream Kirish Hotel
(Fresh real, not paid review from guests staying at the hotel right now)
05.09.2023. Check-in was at 20.30
The receptionist Anur met us at the hotel. I met him rudely, with a disgruntled face. At our request to feed us dinner, or at least hot tea, he just got rude and sent us away.
He said that dinner was over, all questions to the tour operator SUNMAR.
Even just boiling water was refused to us. Anur replied that they didn't care about us and the hotel had nothing to do with us. Complain wherever you want, he doesn't care.
And this day is September 5th, we have paid for it)
The food is included. Next, we were settled in a basement room in which there was no light, the smell of mold and one window pane under the ceiling. They offered to pay $20 plus to be transferred to another room.
The guys who arrived from Moscow were generally offered relocation from the basement to another hotel for $ 500 plus.
There is no water in the rooms, the air conditioners in the dining room do not work. The stated distance to the sea by Sunmar does not correspond to reality. There are not enough sun beds. The photos on the websites do not correspond to reality. The hotel is in terrible condition. People are simply bred for money, and many families go with children, and there are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the rooms. We had a full 2 days and a night. Why is Sunmar selling this hotel for such money as 4 stars. This is just a deception of tourists. If the tour operator does not take any actions in our direction with compensation for both moral and material damage, then upon arrival in Russia, we will send an official claim, which will necessarily entail consequences. And plus the anti-advertising not only of the hotel, but also of the tour operator selling such squalor for such money. If the hotel confirms the reservation of tourists in advance before paying, why is the hotel so welcoming that there is no food or rooms?
I want to add that we are not picky. We treat hotels very leniently. Previously, we also rested in various three-way houses, and everything was in order. But it's just terrible.

Due to the fact that the hotel is not expensive, there are a lot of provincial guests from the Urals and beyond. They kill themselves with free alcohol to a piggy squeal and behave somehow. Otherwise, it will go, the food is for 4, the valve has never been torn off during the entire vacation.

We had a vacation with children in August 2021. Of course, the change of climate and the sea after the Urals closes many of the shortcomings of the hotel. But turning to the managers, I would like to wish a more professional approach to my work in catering and room cleaning, plumbing conditions. Of the pleasant moments, the attention of the staff to the requests, many thanks to Muhtar sevinc for the attention and attitude to the requests of visitors!!!!

I had a rest here at the end of September 2019. Delicious, but not very diverse food (extremely tasty watermelons), polite staff, room stock leaves much to be desired. The beautiful sea is 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. Fruit is sold at the turn to the sea

The hotel is very nice!!! Clean, beautiful, well located, interesting unobtrusive animation, excellent pool, sea nearby, gorgeous mountain views, cozy rooms (but do not take economy) with balconies. There is only one "but", it is food. For me, with the principle "If you want to eat, eat an apple. If you don't want to eat an apple, you don't want to eat," it's fine, but there's not much to eat here in a good way, with the exception of completely incomprehensible salads. But the tea is good, not from tea bags.

After reading the reviews, I was very afraid to go there!!!But!The advantages turned out to be no less than the disadvantages-There are 2 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel-one is inconveniently located (near the restaurant), the second stands between 2 buildings.It is rather big, the water is clean, there are sun loungers and even a canopy.We spent time there after 11:00 until lunch.Food is FINE!!!For the price of tours, it's fine!!!Not a piece of cheese and a tomato (as in the photo in one review)Lunches, dinners for 4 with two cons.5 minutes to the sea along togrgovaya street.They did not use their beach with sun loungers (seal rookery)We took the mattress from the chaise longue and went to the left to an empty beach 30 seconds from ours.The sea is beautiful, clean, and warm!
The Disadvantages are The Number.Well, yes...but you can live!Even the refrigerator was Standard.There was no smell in the room.It's fine!!!(did you see the cat in the video?)There is alcohol in the bar-brrr.Vile wine and beer.So, we buy our drunks in shops and boutiques, you can't drink!What else is wrong-and I can't remember it somehow...You can go for this money!

I was in Turkey for the first time.October-2019. Everyone has their own view of the world. how you perceive it is what you will get!. I read the reviews before the trip - I was upset.But after resting for 7 days, the opinion changed for the better!.The food is good. The staff is very friendly and friendly. Animators Katya and Muzo are just great! Katya is an attentive Muse -incendiary! every evening there is entertainment with contests and a disco. there are many offers on excursions, shopping can be easily negotiated.) and the Sea is simply incomparable!- clean transparent warm. the beach is pebbly but well maintained. - This is not Krasnodar!!)It is a pleasure to walk to the sea in the fresh air.More movement means more health friends).You can always negotiate with the problem at the reception, Be friendly yourself, they are also people..!

This hotel is a disgrace to Turkey. Mud. I'm being ripped off for the numbers. The animation is monotonous, the kindergarten matinee is more fun. The food is just chicken and giblets. The chicken leg is divided into 2-3 parts and stewed in various vegetable waste. The rooms of the chicken coops are small. It is better not to travel with children, they will be hungry. Tap water is poured into coolers and people drink. The area is large, but dirty and stinks. A patch on the beach is generally squalor. I will NEVER come to this horror again. A 2-star hotel. Good reviews are written only for money. We love Turkey, but this boarding house for homeless people needs to be closed and not disgraced in front of tourists. We had a rest in September 2019. Children of 3 and 6 years old cried on the 3rd day and asked to go home. I want to tell the owner of the hotel, who shoots drunk tourists on the phone, separately. You stole money from us (paid for 4 stars), you ruined our vacation, you are a disgrace to Turkey and your people. Good health TO YOU.

Initially, we had a room booked at the Anita Dream Hotel, but upon arrival we were offered a room in the basement or a normal room with an additional fee of $ 30 or relocation to the Anita Club Fontana Life without additional charges. The advantage is that Anita Club Fontana Life is 5 minutes from Anita Dream Hotel. And now more about Anita Club Fontana Life:
1. The territory. The territory is large, well maintained, everything is clean and beautiful. 2 + 1 pools (1 adult deep and large, 1 with water slides and 1 small and shallow (depth 30-40 cm) for children). Rating 7 out of 10.
2. Animation. The animation takes place near the large pool and between the 2 main buildings and starts at 9 am. The whole event is sooo loud, so if your windows overlook the other side, don't expect to get enough sleep. The animation ends at 23.00. But, it's so-so. Rating 3 out of 10.
3. Food. Don't be hungry, there is always food. But in general, she is an amateur and with a local colorful taste. Room service is not accepted. The restaurant is open only during dinner, lunch and breakfast. If you suddenly want to have a snack, they will not feed you for any money, nor will they even pour you tea or coffee. The water in the cooler is disgusting (with a smell and taste) - I remembered the tap water in the old Khrushchevki. The score would be higher, but due to many disadvantages, so 4 out of 10.
4. The room. Our room was on the fourth floor, i.e. the attic. Due to the proximity of the water pumping equipment located on the roof, we constantly heard the hum of pumps day and evening and night. The room itself is very small, about max 10 sq.m. Moldy curtains that were stapled to the plastic windows with a construction stapler. The air conditioner has probably not been cleaned since its first day of installation (mold, dirt). The refrigerator in the room does not work and when opened it emits an unpleasant smell. The TV on the refrigerator is a very small kitchen one showing several Russian channels and several local ones, but from the Russian ones only one channel with sounds and that TNT (I had to watch, but what to do, they degraded a little, but still). The bathroom is dirty, water is constantly leaking from the toilet and there is always a puddle of incomprehensible color + mold of different varieties under it. The bed linen is stained yellow, with holes, but at least it's washed and thanks for that. Rating 3 out of 10.
5. Room cleaning. There is cleaning in the room, but they are cleaned with an ordinary broom, i.e. they will scatter dust in different places and that's it. The rating is 3 out of 10.

I liked the hotel the most for its proximity to the sea, large territory, and good food. The technical condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired. One technician cannot cope with the elimination of numerous defects and breakdowns. You also need to be careful when checking in. We paid for a standard room, but first we settled into a stuffy attic with sloping ceilings, which corresponds only to the "economy". As soon as we had a good night's sleep, we went and demanded to be relocated. Therefore, do not hesitate to request the appropriate payment numbers.

The room is so-so, the bed linen is generally clean, but there are holes in places. The bathroom is cleaned only the floors and the sink during the entire stay. All meals are included, but everything is the same. There is only chicken from meat. The sausage is inedible. They ate more vegetables, chicken eggs and confectionery. The animators and the pool are very good. WiFi is paid-10 bucks per person. We went to Isa's Ginza agency for tours, and he has free Wi-Fi.

Disgusting hotel!!!! There's a pontoon nearby, BUT they won't let you in there either, because you're from this bastard hotel!!! Where arrogant and star-studded animators can offend in front of everyone (on the first day we had this fate), children's animator Katya, omeba....only in the evenings he sticks with an off-site disco, but with children it's like that... The rooms stink, no soap, no gel, some kind of foam and that's it! Cleaning every 3 days, linen for 10 days, not changed.Everything in the room is old, battered, the outlet is torn off in the shower! Audibility with a bang!!! We heard what the neighbors were talking about!!! Wi-Fi is $10 per stay at the hotel! The slide is turned on as they want, maybe for 2 hours, or maybe for 30 minutes., but if there are Turkish children, then it works almost all day!Children are very arrogant! We sleep in the room, they knock on the door and run away, I had to complain to the reception.Food!For chicken lovers, come here!in 10 days, one chicken, boiled, fried, stewed.There has never been fish, but there are as many pasta as you want and what you want! The service at the hotel is terrifying, the food is not for delicate stomachs. I had to fight for a more or less normal room. But the hair dryer didn't work in it. The safe is torn out with meat from the wall, take it in your hands and take it away, while they charge money for it. The Internet is paid. In my opinion, it is far from the sea. Cleaning twice a week. After the second one, the combination lock on the suitcase did not open, apparently they tried to open it. According to most reviews, the service in Turkey has generally fallen in quality.
