We rested at the mini-hotel "Anna" from 06/23/24-07/03/24
We booked rooms back in March through Milan
A pleasant, responsive girl who told us everything in detail, explained, answered all our questions, and organized a transfer for us closer to departure (the driver met us right at the train carriage and brought us to the very gates of the hotel.
Arriving on 23.06 at eight in the morning, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess Isabella and immediately settled us in the rooms (although according to the rules we could be settled at 14:00)
The rooms are clean, cozy, there is a very beautiful and green area around, there are small entertainments for children in the form of a swing and a scooter.
It takes a maximum of five minutes to walk to the sea at a calm pace, next to a very good and inexpensive dining room "Boat".
On the day of departure, Isabella kindly provided us with a room where we could stay until 17:00, although she could ask us to leave our rooms at 12:00.Taking advantage of the opportunity, we managed to go to the beach, eat and quietly pack our bags.
We express our great gratitude to Isabella for her responsiveness, hospitality, and sincerity....

I didn't like everything. I didn't like the food in the Boat, everything with a lot of fat. Only here they caught rotavirus, although they used to rest in different places on the Black Sea coast. The kitchen is very unsightly, it should be restored to its normal appearance. The sea is nearby, but there is no technical area. There are no barriers for dashing guys. The nature is beautiful, but the service leaves much to be desired.

We were in August 2022. bookings were made at the same price, a week before arrival, prices were raised by 40%. And as you wish....If you don't pay, don't live....The location is good, the rooms are clean, and there is a refrigerator and a TV. There were constant interruptions with water, you can't even drink boiled water from the tap. The summer kitchen is generally a gloom... Rotten, sick street cats sleep in frying pans, there are no dishes, the microwave does not work, the tile for 2 comfort plates worked, but it was very bad to cook dumplings for an hour, so they almost always ate from the grill (for the grill everything is their own, there is nothing).
You won't be questioned about washing things!in short, it was 2 weeks, they were sick with the virus all the time. Very poor infrastructure....The canteens are all with cockroaches....excursions say one thing, in fact you will be brought and go wherever you want to enjoy...I will never go to Abkhazia again in my life, and certainly not to this hotel

Well, first of all, the hostess is wonderful. We had rooms on the ground floor. Clean, cozy, plenty of space. Table, kitchen, swing available. The children were running outside, there was plenty of room. A good choice for a family. The sea is close, you can run for a swim) there are many shops and cafes nearby. The photo shows the nearest beach, the garden at the hotel and the view near the gate.

We had a rest at this hotel. We liked it. Comfortable. As in the description: air conditioning, comfortable bed, refrigerator, wardrobe. There are 2 towels for each person. There are dryers on the balcony and on the ground floor. There is a washing machine. Next to the dining room "Boat" and many different cafes. The prices are very attractive. We were in June. The location is just great : 2 minutes to the sea, near a shop, canteens, cafes by the sea. Special thanks to the hostess Isabella, the house is clean and tidy, nice, clean, spacious, landscaped yard, lots of flowers, very cozy and peaceful. The location of the rooms means that no one interferes with each other, everyone has their own table and chairs. We really liked it, the price and quality match. Thanks to the hostess for a comfortable stay.

In March, I booked a room at the Anna hotel at 9 Lermontov St., made an advance payment. A week before my arrival, I contacted the hostess, she confirmed that everything was in force, come. On July 24, we arrived, except for vacationers, there is no one in the hotel. I started calling the hostess, it turned out that she was in the Krasnodar Territory. The rooms are all rented, and she handed over our reserved room, she can't help in any way. We ended up on the street with our suitcases.
I don't advise anyone to get involved with this lady.

We lived there in May 2021.The hostess is wonderful, friendly.I also liked the mini-hotel itself, everything is clean, the only thing I would like to be able to cook in the kitchen, but there are only two comforts and they did not warm well, well, if you close your eyes to it, then everything is fine.
