A cozy, clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and there is Wi-Fi. The breakfasts are not that very chic, but delicious: porridge, vegetables, cheese, coffee, you can't stay hungry. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located - it takes 20 minutes to walk to Victory Park at a leisurely pace and, what is important for Yerevan, all the time down the mountain.

The carpet in the room itself is very untidy and dirty. How they walked on it on the street and brought it to your house in this form. It killed the whole impression. The area of the city is not good for just tourists, I took a taxi twice a day every day: to the city and back. The Internet is such that it is unrealistic to work

Nice hotel. Not expensive. And a good location. But, the floors in the room (carpet) this is a separate stress - traces of past victories (someone's). But, at the same time, the bed and toilet are very clean and pleasant. However, repairs would be very useful....

A good hotel, sound insulation is normal, a little far from the center, but it's not expensive to get by taxi. I really liked the courtyard near the hotel where you can comfortably sit in the shade of the trees. Free large parking. Breakfast is a little meager, but it would be good to have a quick snack and start your day :) the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean
