A terrible experience. Disgusting attitude towards foreigners.
They disclose personal information to anyone (neighbors), gave documents to anyone (neighbors))), they do not give any information.
Doctors do not know anything, they are young, they left the university and immediately go to be responsible for people's lives
They refused to talk to me without an interpreter (I know Turkish), They brought an interpreter who does not know Russian and speaks Turkish poorly (Kazakh)
They do not solve the problem, only Russophobia, they cannot diagnose it, they do not know what they are treating. They said it would be possible to pick up the pills later: as a result, they threw them away
They were constantly redirected without realizing where. They didn't let me write a complaint. And on weekends, no one is in place at all.
If your life is dear to you, then I strongly advise against this hospital.

The equipment is new, the repair is good, but the service as in our clinic takes a very long time to wait for everything and a lot of some papers to fill out

My wife and I got to this hospital on 06/03/20203 with premature birth. The doctors did an examination, but they did not take any further action until I brought them a receipt for the examination. After my wife was taken to the office to install an IV (I found out about this the next day from my wife, but we will return to this later) They did not provide me with any information about my wife and child, and they forbade me to transfer my phone. In the absence of any information, I went home hoping that everything was fine with her. In the morning, I arrived at the hospital again and began to find out the condition of my wife, to which I was told, without any call or search for information about her, that an examination was being conducted. I waited for a couple more hours and began to insist that I be allowed to see my spouse and after much persuasion they let me in. When I went to my wife, I saw that my wife was placed in some kind of ward through which doctors pass every second, that is, a walk-through office. To the questions of whether she was fed here, she answered from the moment of admission, they did not give either water or food (they feed in paid clinics, I will answer those who would say so, we would go to a paid one, we wanted to go, but the child should be born at 7 months and in our hospital we were told better in the state hospital they have everything they need to help in such situations) after I talked to my wife, I went home. When I got home, I received a call from the hospital, I did not have time to pick it up and they did not call me again, do not call me back, I went straight to them and on the way I still called and found out that my wife had given birth but the condition was not reported. I arrived at the hospital and went to my husband's room and my wife asked me to bring her food because she was very hungry, I ran quickly to a cafe that I bought soup on the territory of the hospital and everything that she asked for. I gave her food and water and began to ask about the condition of my wife and child. Everything was fine. The next day I came back to the hospital, they said they would be discharged at 15:00, waited for 3 hours, after which they began to say that they needed to take more tests and asked me to stay. I persuaded my wife and she stayed there. I come back to the hospital the next day. And I find out that without the consent of the spouse, the child was placed in an ultraviolet capsule. I went to the doctor and said that we want to check out, which they strongly asked me to stay, explaining this by the fact that the child has fatal jaundice. I told them that I don't like the hospital because they don't give any information and do everything at their discretion and try to keep you in the hospital as long as possible in order to suck out money for each day of stay. So let's go back to the fatal jaundice, we wrote a receipt that we refuse these procedures and go to another hospital. Before I wrote the waiver, I had already paid for everything at the checkout. I paid about 13,000 lire if I add up all the checks. So after I wrote a waiver, I received a message that I had to pay another 1200 for ultraviolet, as I understand it already (we did not give consent to it and the child did not need it), I did not pay anything more and went to the exit, but had to return for a kimlik and for a birth certificate which I was given only after I showed them the checks.
In total, it took me 16,000 lire to go to this hospital with childbirth and the food that I brought her from the cafe. In our hospital, childbirth costs from 14,000 there they feed you 3 times a day, put you in a separate room with your wife where you can stay overnight, provide all the information and an interpreter helps. In general, everything is as it should be.
In this state hospital, it took me more money than in a paid one, only my wife and I received the worst service and the help of an interpreter, who from the very first minute for some reason began to talk to me on you and without any respect, rolling her eyes at my questions.
I do not advise giving birth here, if you had to check out immediately and go to a paid one, there you will get a good attitude and full information.
