I came to Antey to design a house, on the advice of friends. The price was pleasant and the timing was very reasonable (2019). I worked with Kirill Soich. A very pleasant person and a professional in his field. I transferred all my wishes to the project. I recommended some points. Talked me out of something. In general, the project is almost implemented and I really like it (although a couple of points came out, but it is clear that it is difficult to foresee everything).
It was very pleasant that we consulted during the construction (there were few questions, but the designer and the architect raised the papers, revised, even recalculated something).
The architectural project was also accepted the first time and without unnecessary questions. So for this strong 5 out of 5.
The only thing I didn't like was working with the design of communications (heating, sewerage, ventilation, ) The designers got in touch once and after one call they gave out a ready-made project. When you do not understand the subtleties, it is very difficult to answer some questions and adequately accept the project. As a result, one vent channel was designed in the center of the staircase (=. But this is a question more for the designer and not for the company as a whole.
To summarize, I can put a strong 4! and yes, the next project is for them again.

I worked with architect Marina, a very nice girl and a great specialist! I gradually dropped the readiness of the project for verification, everything was very fast, from the moment of application to the moment of receipt of the project 8 days, all wishes were taken into account!

Both times I enjoyed working with architect Kirill Soich, who took into account and professionally adjusted all my preferences, resulting in ideal projects for me. I also received professional answers from the architect when I had questions during the construction process. We were looking for a small country house project. We found what we need in one of the projects on the site itself antei.by . It suited us perfectly in terms of the number of rooms, the location of the kitchen, bathroom, boiler room, which is interesting even on the sides of the horizon. But, of course, there was something to adjust to our wishes. They called on their phone, told us, answered our questions, and invited us to their place. They heard all our comments and agreed to include them in that project, which did not actually affect the price of the project, although there were not so few changes. The final price of the project turned out to be small. We are very satisfied. Thank you for your hard work!

We found a project on the website that is ideally suited to our needs. I am from Russia and despite the distance, it did not prevent us from discussing all the issues and nuances, we just did not meet in person.
Minor adjustments were made to the project, it did not affect the price. And, after the approval of the project, it was sent to us.

Two years ago, our family decided to build a house. We didn't have a clear idea and understanding of what kind of house we needed. Standard projects did not suit us, they needed to be improved. Then we decided to contact the Antei Design and interior studio, precisely because of the desire to do all projects in one place. Our Architect Kirill Soich designed a one-storey house, taking into account all our requirements, wishes and giving good advice. I would like to note his responsible and attentive approach to work, quick feedback, and not delaying deadlines. Kirill helped us a lot with the approval of the project from the main and district architect of the city, since the house was located close to neighboring houses, it was necessary to fit its dimensions into the fire compartment. We couldn't have done it on our own.
According to the approved project, we started building a house. They built a complex foundation with a basement and left it to settle for the winter. At that time, I started designing the house, and then it turned out that we needed a completely different house, with a different arrangement of rooms and their purpose, different windows, a roof, we wanted not just a second light, but also an attic. In addition, the family was waiting for a replenishment, and there was a need for an additional room. The designer and the architect worked in tandem and completely redesigned the initial design of the house. We are very glad that we were able to find out our true needs at the design and construction stage, and not after the house would have been built. Therefore, I think it is very important to start designing and designing almost simultaneously, to trust professionals such as Kirill and Sergey. It's a pleasure to work and communicate with them.
As for the cost of services, they are quite adequate, even despite the large alterations of the house and the additional costs, it was worth it. You can always come to an agreement and find a compromise. Thank you very much for the work done. We will recommend you to our friends and acquaintances. We are really waiting for the final result. We wish Kirill interesting projects and adequate customers.
