Beautiful view of the mountains. There is a rope park and mountain ziplines within walking distance. There are horse riding and mountain trails leading to the waterfall - suitable for hiking. The friendly staff, the chefs in the restaurant cook deliciously.
Cons: the cleaning of the cottage floor is not very high-quality. For example, beds are not always made. Only one key is given for two people.

The best place I've ever been, where the world of nature and people intersect. Here you can get up at dawn, drink delicious coffee on the sand, eat homemade bread with homemade cheese and go hiking for a few hours on horseback.
The best riders will guide you along paths of any difficulty level from the simplest 30-minute to 2-3 hour, with a break for a Picnic.
But that's not all: the attractions of Yale extreme park will make you experience incredible sensations of beauty, fear and joy at the same time.
Flying over the mountains allows you to observe such non-repeatable views that you will not find anywhere else.

We had lunch at this place and rode horses. The service in the restaurant is very long, cocktails were made for an hour! But with the horses, everything turned out quickly and without a hitch. We arrived in a large group and very quickly picked up horses for everyone. It was a 40-minute walk to a field in the mountains with beautiful views. The horses are all quite obedient, but lazy, which is good for beginners, they won't run fast)) and they only listen to the guys who accompanied our group. I definitely recommend taking such a horse ride, insanely beautiful views from above from the field.

What could be better than mountains? Just mountains I haven't been to yet. I put "5", although I am not happy with the cleaning: I had to ask to bring one or another accessory for the shower. It would also be nice to update the towels. But it was only on a certain shift. I didn't like that they give us one key for everyone staying in the room. Monet and Nane are the best administrators. And the best team in the restaurant: the chef - you were born to create masterpieces (special thanks to Samvel), Lily and Emma are beautiful mountain flowers. And, of course, Extrim Park. Eric and Edmond are virtuosos in the management of horses: KamAZ and Tyson. I recommend you to visit

We had a rest in May 2024, 4 days. I really liked it. The staff is friendly. The driver drove the car from the airport, stopped at a supermarket and the best exchanger. It is better to take rubles for exchange, dollars were changed with difficulty.
The standard rooms are close to the reception and the restaurant, the pros are close to go, there is Wi-Fi in the room. Cons it may be noisy and smoky in the room, but that only bothered us. We moved into a cottage on the hill. The room is wonderful and spacious. All rooms have a kettle, a mini bar (refrigerator). There is no TV, but you don't need it, you want to reboot here. They fell to the sound of birds singing, frogs croaking, horses snorting, they graze on the territory in the morning. There are several dogs like a cross between a Labrador, very kind to people. Cats are affectionate.
We rode horseback, took 3-hour routes to waterfalls and mountains, instructor Edmond. I really liked it, we could gallop across the fields if we wanted. The instructor is friendly. The horses were obedient, they did not stumble, they were not afraid.
We took a zipline, rock climbing and a rope park. It was difficult, but we managed. I'm always afraid of braking on a trolley, but they caught it carefully here, everything went smoothly.
The kitchen is delicious. It seemed expensive to me, but this is a restaurant. Breakfast is included in the price, buffet, lots of everything and delicious.
Those who like hiking have plenty of space here.
We made a new paved road directly to the hotel, now you can get there comfortably.
In general, there is a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The staff constantly asks if you liked everything. Everyone speaks Russian. We had a great rest, thanks to Apaga, we'll be back!

A place where you can really relax) clean, tidy rooms with mountain views. Large well-groomed territory, delicious restaurant. Near the territory of the hotel you can walk in the forest, walk to the caves, look at the mountains from the observation deck, visit the waterfall, ride the zippline. There are also horse rides of different time duration, during which beautiful natural landscapes open up. I advise you to take comfortable shoes if you want to actively relax)

A pleasant place. We have recently made a good road. We didn't ride ziplines, but it looked very cool from the outside. They tried to reach the waterfall, but in the end they did not dare, in places there is a steep cliff. It is not worth going to the waterfall with children.

The best vacation ever! The case when reality exceeded all expectations
We rested together for 8 days. My purpose of the trip is radial horseback riding, so that everything is very active.
At the airport, we were met by the driver of the Crash (transfer from the airport and to the airport is included in the price), how he professionally drives a car along a serpentine, made a little tour of Yerevan, drove to Lake Sevan, helped to make an exchange for local money at a good rate and did not refuse the request to go to the store to buy wine with him and fruits. A very pleasant man, by the way, you can visit excursions from Apaga if you wish, you just need to arrange in advance.
Apaga is a gorgeous, fabulous place where you will want to return more than once. For me, Apaga is a magical chest of gems that holds the treasures of Armenia. A huge territory, which is very convenient, you are not tied to a place, there are many trails and roads where you can go for a walk (be sure to take comfortable shoes with you, better boots and a raincoat just in case, since the weather in the mountains changes quickly, a downpour and then the sun - a full palette of sensations).
We met the hostess Irina, a wonderful woman, a wonderful interlocutor with an open soul, met like family people, and how she skillfully manages the staff, gathered a wonderful team, built such a gorgeous project as Apaga.
We lived in a cottage on the second floor. The room is spacious, bright, comfortable, comfortable, everything is provided to the smallest detail, linen is changed every day, cleaning is daily. We would like to thank our witches of purity Svetlana, Alina and Rita (like bees working all day). The room offers a magnificent view of the mountains, it was only then that I realized and felt what "Good morning" is, how you can wake up in a good mood and enjoy a new day. Routine, work, daily worries all kill you, in Apaga you are reborn, renewed and enjoy every day. The night is quiet, the air is filled with birdsong and the smells of herbs.
The price includes breakfast, buffet in the morning. Everything is very diverse for me, every day there are different cereals, sausages, cheese, olives with olives, different vegetables, herbs, cottage cheese, matsoni, different breakfast cereals, incredibly delicious fruits, sweets for tea and coffee, and my weakness is herbal teas. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant for an additional fee. The prices are quite affordable, the expectation is acceptable. I don't understand the people who wrote dissatisfied reviews below, you didn't come to a bistro, not to a diner. We took a couple of glasses of homemade wine and admired the beautiful views, we talked, the waiting did not pass noticeably. The restaurant has wonderful chefs, we really liked the lamb and beef kebab, mmmmm, arishta with beef and another version with trout, mmmmm, lamb hashlama and hashlama with trout, these are the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten. The waiters are always polite, they will always explain everything, help us make a choice, we were very satisfied.
Excellent guys also work at the reception, they will always help with any question, they are very polite and courteous, the issues were resolved quickly, no hitches. Special thanks to Narik, I think he is a senior manager, sooooo interesting man, gives a lot of information, any support at any time.
On the territory of Apaga there is a stable for 40 horses and a huge territory where these horses graze. The horses are very contact, with gentle gallops. I recommend hiking, but if you want to enjoy the whole palette of sensations, it's better to be prepared and, if possible, learn a little how to stay in the saddle. In any case, the instructors (Armand the chief, Arthur, Adam) will help you. I especially want to thank Arthur, who showed me such incredibly beautiful places. Delightful fields with flowers filled with smells, forests, waterfalls of magical beauty, caves, mountains, sky....God, this is an indescribable beauty, every day a new landscape, no repetitions ...... wonderful open spaces and galloping with a sense of freedom....🏇🏇🏇

The rest in Apaga left an ambivalent impression.
Among the advantages: picturesque views, silence at night, horses grazing freely in the night, guys at the reception. The extreme park is in the immediate vicinity.
Cons: driving off-road is still a quest. A terrible 2 km to the resort.
The horse corral in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant and the central building is a smell to tears.
The service in the restaurant is very, very, very slow.
If you are without a car, but with things, get ready to drag things up the hill where the cottages are. We had the 10th, at the very top; two suitcases on ourselves is still a pleasure.
The rooms are "tired", the bed is narrow.

I really liked the hotel and the area around it.
Delicious breakfasts and a good selection of dishes in the restaurant. The prices are reasonable. They are allowed to enter the hotel with pets, they do not charge an additional fee for them.
There is a trail to the waterfalls from the hotel, lay half a day on it, comfortable, athletic shoes are desirable.

Apaga stole my heart and made me dream of going back there again!
I enjoyed it:
1) Wild, unspoilt nature with beautiful giant fields nearby
2) Horses! We rode for 3 hours several times. Waterfalls, mountains, fields - incredible landscapes
They also roam freely around the hotel at night.
And there are also many dogs, cats and donkeys.
3) Service - the people there are so sweet, sincere and kind. Do you feel at home
4) The villas are comfortable and atmospheric

We were with the family on 19.06 disgusting service. The staff did not wait in the restaurant for an order for more than an hour (lamaggio pizza, baked vegetables) when asked to give a book of complaints and suggestions, zero reaction. If the score is zero, the mushrooms were brought burnt. As a result, they left hungry with the children. I won't recommend it to my friends. One star for nature .
